I visit this coffee shop at least 4 times a week. I work overnight and I get coffee for me and one of my coworkers. I drive almost 5 extra miles to get there and usually service is pretty fast. I went there tonight and It was one car in front of mine at drive thru. As usual, this girl was chatting with the customer., he or she paid and after a while the customer got his drink and they kept on chatting for a little longer. Then another employee joined the conversation and they kept talking and with at least 2 cars waiting. I started moving forward slowly so they notice that they had other customers waiting but they just kept on chatting. It was over 5 min. Then the car at the window started moving slowly but they kept the conversation going. At this point I decided not to order my coffees and when finally the car left. I just drove away. Ill Think twice before going back to this location

Wonderful service always upbeat, smiling baristas. Coffee is incredible and worth the reasonable price (upgrade to the large, has 4 shots, compared to the medium and small with only 2 shots)! This location isnt as busy as other locations in Phoenix, which is really nice. And it has lots of space to hang out, plugs for laptops and phones. Also a major plus!

I like the change of scenery from the usual DB location, nice inside and definitely a good feel. My issue was with service and after reading several reviews it must have been a bad day for the counter person, but I felt disrespected as the person didnt even look at me as they were taking an order or handing it to me. Oh well wont stop me from coming

This is my fav location now! 83rd and TBird was my fav. ...I get my hair done at the Salon next door, and discovered this location while driving by. They have indoor seating, and a patio with lots of outlets for your electronics and phone. Same awesome service as expected! Caramelizer and Pocahontas are my favs!!

I love this place I am here at-least every other day if not every day I am a coffee drinker big-time since I worked 3 jobs 7 days a week and I also brought my daughter and her boyfriend here thats where they go I tried their 9111 time and that is my coffee match that for sure. Love this place and service

I am visiting from Washington and was beyond thrilled to find a Dutch Bros! I went through the drive thru with myself and five kids. The staff was patient and triple checked out order at different points. The drinks are refreshing and Dutch Bros staff is always pleasant.

I only go here twice a year, once on my birthday and once on my wifes birthday. They give you a free drink of your choice and even size but their drinks are WAY overrated! Four stars for consistently having flawless service at EVERY location Ive ever visited!
