When I walked in it was a great atmosphere and scenery looks like a good place to eat and I went in for takeout I wouldnt be too happy with the price for takeout because it is $12 and the size of box if they give you isnt really worth the $12 its small and you do not get a drink which I wasnt really hoping I would get one anyways they will not let you load up your food and overflow so I really had to pack everything in there as much as I wanted and considering the fact that it is a grill that main course is not the best the meat and chicken do not really packed that much flavor everything is a bit chewy not cooked all the way I would say they do have a ton of variety of food not the best some dishes are good Ive got to try almost everything at least a majority of everything but as far as a chicken wise its not the best you can go other places and spend a little bit less money and get better quality food on the other hand they do have sushi which is better and they also have tons of sweets and desserts that is probably the better side of it that tastes a lot better butt not quite satisfied with my food did not eat all of it pretty much took a bite out of everything to give it a shot its okay you could spend a lot of money and get better food somewhere else if you like cheap food with very Bland flavor and this is the place for you.

So Im here right now and I get what I always have, low mein, fries, and brocoli beef. When I went to get fries they looked normal but once I tasted it, it had no seasoning, they were cold, and really dry. When I went to get low mein it looked completely different from what it used to be and it tasted disgusting, when I was serving the low mein I looked over at the rice and it looked darker than it should have. Once I got the broccoli beef the beef was rubbery and mostly fat. I also noticed my mother eating pineapple and she likes pineapple but it looked very old like if it was out for a couple of weeks and just got brown. I wouldnt suggest you to take a date here or any family members. Also, the waiters are rude, they looked at a persons figure and they were mocking him and I understood their conversation. Im very disappointed this buffet used to be packed now its a ghost town.

Had a bad experience here recently when I went in to check in and there was 20 people ahead of us on the list. I asked for a table for 3 and gave us a number. There was no space to sit and wait inside by the fountain so we went to sit on the waiting room on the outside and non of the hostess came outside to the entrance to call anybody who was next and by the time we went to ask why was it taking longer than 30 minutes and the hostess said they had "supposively" called our number four times and no one responded so they skipped us a long time ago. So clearly I told her why didnt she walk her lazy ass outside since she clearly saw there was people waiting outside? Why didnt she come out to the second waiting room to call a number if no one responded inside ???? So then I just left and will never come back to this place ever again.

I was going to this restaurant for 2 years consistently due to it having awesome food and great service. About 6 months ago I noticed the quality beginning to deteriorate, the restaurant was busy but they were not cleaning anything, and the bathroom was VERY DISGUSTING . I stopped going because I couldnt believe it. I went to the restaurant today and noticed it was a ghost town compared to what it use to be a year ago. I got the food and was disappointed on the quality... again. It did appear to be cleaner gratefully. The last straw was when I got shrimp and vegetables that were barely warm and could not eat it. I am sorry to say that I will not be eating at this restaurant again. I would be surprised if they are in business for another year. :(

I have never written a complaint but honestly today I had a bad experience. I went out to eat with my family and I found a spider on my sisters fruit! I complained and the first thing I did is complained to a manager and she refuse to accept it was a spider! So when I went to pay I spoke to another manager, I showed her she accepted it.. Out of the $180 check she gave us a three dollar discount because kids are free,so thats why she didnt care! To me it wasnt even about kids being free it was about not eating comfortable fr being afraid there was another spider! I was disgusted! We asked for corporates number and she didnt wanted to give it to us, she said just call tommorow to same place! I am not happy with them and will never go again.

Took my wife to the Hibachi Grill on Valentines Day 2015. The sign on the window of the place boasted lunch prices of $7.99 on Saturdays, but they charged us twice that because it was a "holiday". The manager was approachable but insisted the sign outside mentioned "holiday" rates. We could find no sign of any sort that mentioned holidays or Valentines Day prices. He lied. $30 for the meal. Not the worst cost ever, but we dont like being taken and lied to. My family is coming to Phoenix in March, all 35 of them. But they wont be eating at the Hibachi Grill like last year. So sorry.

Tengo mucho tiempo bisitando esté lugar pero de un tiempo para acá no me gusta como té atienden los meseros sobre todo los asiáticos se molestan cuando les dices que la bebida qué té trajeron no es la que pedistes y aparte té piden propina como si fuera obligatorio dar propina

I like the food and i like this place, but the service was terrible.... Im pretty sure our server spit in my drink he is also pretty rude and when I asked a question about the food he couldnt answer me when I asked for vinegar he said they dont have none when Im pretty sure he just didnt want to get me some! I like the place and I want to come again but this guy makes me not want to come back! He is a Chinese guy who serves table 10/11 thats where we were. If you come here just make sure he is not your server

Nasty!!! My 2 and a half year old sister was going to eat a straberry when my wife noticed a spider in it. I asked to speak to the manager I spoke with her and she said it was nothing that it was just something from the straberry its self. How can it be possible if we can actually see the legs!!! When paying we spoke to the cashier and she said that it was a spider and she apologized and she said I will give you a $5 discount. I go furious and we wont be going there ever again!!!!!!
