THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I WENT IN TO THE ESTABLISHMENT, THEY TOOK MY ORDER FOR A CUSTOM CAKE, I TOOK THE PHOTO OF HOW I WANTED IT TO LOOK, THEY TOOK MY INFO AND MY DEPOSIT. THE DAY I NEEDED THE CAKE, A FEW HOURS BEFORE, I CALLED TO VERIFY IT WAS ALL CORRECT AND THE BAKER TELLS ME HE CAN DO THE CAKE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $15 OR HE COULDNT DO IT. I INFORMED HIM THAT THE LADY WHO TOOK MY ORDER CALLED IN TO VERIFY THIS COULD BE DONE AND GAVE ME A PRICE AND A RECEIPT, HIS RESPONSE WAS, PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES. I ASKED HIM WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF I WOULDNT HAVE CALLED IN TO VERIFY MY ORDER, HE SAID I WOULD HAVE CALLED YOU LATER. NOW AFTER ALL THIS HE TELLS ME HE CANNOT DO THE CAKE AS I WANT IT. SO I AM STUCK, DAY OF MY EVENT WITH NO CAKE AND CANT GO TO ANOTHER BAKERY WITH A CUSTOM CAKE ORDER FOR SAME DAY! SHAME ON LA REYNA BAKERY! DIRTY BUSINESS PRACTICES!
