Absolutely discussed! The food was horrible! Nothing was hot or fresh. The coffee was extremely old and not hot at all. The green tea had no flavor, it was literally yellow water. An employee slicing meat cut his finger. After he walked away from the station another employee came to take over using the same knife. My husband had to tell him he needed to use a different knife and the roast beef was now contaminated. The manager on duty was aware of the issue however they continued serving the same roast beef. I spoke to the manger about the quality of the food they were serving and asked for a refund for my meal only. Due to the fact that my kids did eat Some What. I was then told she could only refund my 50% of my meal. I am so sick to my stomach. I will never return to this place again.

This place is still the same since we last ate here several years ago. Id recommend the one on Stapley Rd. The food here tonight was satisfactory, not quiet sure what the sausage patty was supposed to be. It had sweet and sour sauce on it. The baked chicken, string beans, mashed potatoes, and dinner roll was good as usual. The battered fish was too oily. The salad bar was ok. The biggest improvement I felt was the ice cream. Customer service was on target. Our waitress to the manager was asking how things were and offered us samples of deserts. I thought that was neat. Overall, Id say the customer service was good and Ill more than likely come back again.

Im sitting here wondering why the food isnt as good as other Old Country Buffet. The cottage cheese tasted sour, the soups look old as if they have been simmering all day and the fried chicken is way over done. They dont support the military as they advertise, only active duty. I am Retired Army with 21 years. Not sure what to eat. The steak was ok, asked for medium well & got lots of pink inside. The cucumbers were not fresh either. Very disappointed. The food should be fresh & good but its not. Service is ok. Rude woman cashier. Never coming back here.

Went there on Monday May 18, and about an hour after eating there I got very sick. I had something that felt like a stomach flue for over a week. Called the place the next day and talked to the manager. He asked me what I ate and I said chicken and eggs on my salad. He said he will check on something and will call me back the next day, but he never called. He did not even apologize. There were only a few people there in the early evening, and I guess the chicken was laying out there for too long. Will not go back there and do not recommend this place to anybody.

Have eaten at this location quite often over the past several years. I have never had a bad meal or real unpleasant experience. Overall the food is good. Once in a while the chicken is a little overdone but is eatable. Have recommended this place to many and so far all of them like it also. The only dirty areas were where someones small kids visited and spread the food. Usually was cleaned up pretty quick. Kudos to those working there.

Two stars is for Friday seafood night only. price is $13.79, too steep for the quality and selection they offer. It is one of the most disappointing seafood buffet. But, if you are someone who eats a lot like one of my family, as long as all you can eat salad; desert; ice cream; he is happy. then go at lunch time, $10.49 plus use coupon. Not a bad deal. Service vibe also good, from cashier to waiter., all very friendly.

We have eaten dinner here about once every 3 months for a few years. It is pretty standard buffet. 3 months ago I would have rated the place a 4 or 5 but with the price increase AND making drinks not a part of the standard buffet price I was already not excited to visit. We had problems with the food at our last visit - management gave us back the cost of one buffet. Still worth visiting sometimes.

The place looked nice. Probably recently remodeled. I was hoping to like this place as it is close to our home, but the food wasnt good. I tried three different kinds of chicken and they were all over cooked and too salty. I was very disappointed. I hope they can turn things around and make things better for future customers. I wont be visiting this place again.

arrived Fri. 9/11/15 went straight to restroom to wash..whole place looked older than I.. RUST AND MOLD AROUND SINK AND FLOOR..Well i will hurry and wash and leave without touching anything.. ??Tuned o faucet ..No water but a small stream coming out. So go to the other one..Same thing.. took forever to wash then left. told wife ,she said same thing with the faucets

I liked it until some of the recent changes have taken place. Desserts are terrible. I do not like the mix for your soft ice cream and I do not like that fact that I cannot get a steak to order anymore. Too much chili powder is being put in the Mexican food. Over all, too much money for food I dont like anymore. Shouldnt have mucked with a good thing!

Food quality has definitely gone down over the past year. The service is good, wait staff pick up dirty dishes quickly. However, the quality and selection of entrees is limited and poor. Have noticed this happening the last many times we have dined here. Hope food quality improves, used to enjoying coming here.

The time I went here I felt unimpressed. The price was high and the food was bland. On top of that kids were picking at the food and the staff were doing nothing to fight the food safety issue. The drink bar was a mess and I don think I saw one worker smile. This visit has led me to not come back to the location

The best buffet! In my youth I would always go to a Hometown Buffet near my home but since it closed down Ive been coming to this Old Country Buffet and I absolutely love it. The macaroni and cheese is my favorite. The steak is always grilled to perfection and every time I go theres something new for me to try.

Went here to eat on Christmas Day. Long line and they did a great job moving the line thru. Friendly staff and place was clean. Nice variety of food and a job well done keeping up with the food refills. Gave it a 4 instead of 5 only because didnt have some of the traditional foods for Christmas.

All in all, this was a pretty decent buffet. The staff are very friendly, food selection is pretty good...you have your traditional american food, some mexican and a decent salad bar. They also have a little ice cream bar that isnt bad. All in all, its an above average buffet.
