I had never been to a Kneaders before and had no idea what to expect. When I walked in I was immediately overwhelmed by the beautiful display case of pastries. I was also taken in by the aesthetically places shelves that displayed kitchen ware, and some jewelry, for sale. The staff was very friendly and I received my food quickly. I first tried the chips, which were surprising. They had a lot of flavor, but they werent crunchy. Ive never had a chip that wasnt crunchy before. They had kind of a cheesy flavor. Im not sure if its how the chips were prepared or if mine were stale. Either way, they were very flavorful. Imthe sandwich was the chicken pesto panini. Again, lots of flavor, it was definitely tasty, but the bread was on the soggier side. I was expecting a little more crunch. For desert I got an ooey gooey bar, which was delicious! So all in all, my experience wasnt bad. Ill definitely go back.

I say try it for yourself before you decide to believe the other reviews. I discovered this place last week after reading all the negative reviews and LOVED it and tonight was my third time going. I looove them, and Im pretty sure Im getting addicted. One of the reviews said the "Pesto Panini" had no pesto sauce and was soggy when she got it home.. Well duh, its hot and placed in a closed box and moisture will occur sooo a little sogginess is to be expected. And when I say sogginess, I mean the bread wasnt crispy but I still loved it. And hers probably didnt have "pesto sauce" because it comes with pesto BUTTER.... I also had the loaded baked potato soup in the bread bowl with a side Cesar salad and it was amazing. And tonight Im having the French Dip which is sooo delicious. I definitely will continue to go. Tht ladies at the pick up window are also SO friendly!!

The bread was the only thing that saved this place. We waited in line for so long for no reason other then the workers liked to chat to one another. Our food which was to go took quite a while to come out and the person behind us who knew the cashier got their food before we did. It was way over priced for the quality of food that we got and my husbands turkey bacon avocado sandwich didnt have bacon on it which we realized when we got home and my turkey pesto panini was very soggy and didnt have any pesto on it. The only good thing I can say for the place was their focaccia bread was great.

The cashiers are extremely slow during the lunch rush hours. For people that work and are on a time crunch we wait in a line for most of the lunch time. You need more than one cashier during busy hours. Where the pastries are, there should be a cashier there if you just want to order pastries, breads, etc. Need to add more of the fillings inside the sandwiches. For the expensive price to pay the sandwiches need to be a bit fuller.

I called ahead to order Togo and came in the recommended 15 minutes later but when I got there a huge line waited me with only one person taking orders. I was told my order wasnt done yet and to step aside. I felt awful for the people waiting in the line because they were waiting while the cashier just walked away to help with things around the kitchen. They really need a larger staff because I waited 20 minutes in store.

The food is great, but the service is TERRIBLE. The employees here seem to be very incompetent and not trained very well. I had to repeat my drive through order three times till the person on the other side picked it all up. The drive through wait time is SOOOOO long. There was one car in front of me, and it took this Kneaders 20 minutes to make TWO smoothies.

Ive gone to this location since it opened and in the beginning it was a great little sandwich shop where you got what you paid for. After todays lunch I will not be returning. We got two overpriced sandwiches that ended up being more stale bread than actual substance. One being a BLT with two measly strips of overcooked bacon. Do not recommend.

I buy Asiago cheese bread weekly its my guilty pleasure!! They have wonderful sweets and the gift baskets they make are very lovely. I recommend them for these services and they also serve sandwiches soups and salads and the staff is nice. they can get very busy so dont be upset if you have a little wait in their busy times.

Tucked away, so just a little hard to find. Once there, the staff are great, and the menu will keep you coming back for more. The pricing for breakfast items is competitive, and portions impressive! Its also hard to say no to the artisan breads, and healthy choices that are available.

The worst location by far!! They do not have fresh baked goods. Things are stale and they are out of what I try to order most times. Also, they have screwed up or sold things they were out of to at least 3 tables while I was there! Not coming back.

I have had so many issues with this place. They have over charged me, given me wrong orders, ran out of food items! I wouldnt recommend this place. They blew their last chance with there bad customer service.
