Their server was so rude. I told him that my sandwich wasnt what I wanted and he got really angry and with a low threatening voice and a flushed face said "You really need to be more specific because its really hard on us and messes us up." Then when I got the order and it was missing the meat this time, he said something to the effect of, "Well what do you expect when you make special orders, when youre picky like this its not the cooks fault she forgot." The manager was watching the whole time and didnt bother to apologize to me later for such a rude server. At which point they put on something like a sprinkling of turkey shreds, not a slice of meat you might expect at a place so expensive--in fact every time Ive ordered its been cafeteria-style food. I just didnt know any other place in town that made soup and sandwiches with such a large variety at a fast food pace, so I got lazy. But now I want management to know that they cant just exhibit this kind of "be grateful youre getting something because now we can act however we want since were popular enough to expand" behavior and expect to not lose a dime because I am finally motivated enough to do my homework and wont be coming back. (For the person who started swearing at those who posted frustrating experiences, not all of us have the luxury of time to make posts for every place weve experienced. This was not a rare mistake but poor customer service that the manager put his stamp of approval on, and it appears that Im not the only one. Sounds like the post came from one of their employees. Youd think that if someone believes so strongly in giving someone some kindness theyd exhibit it themselves--thats a big tip off that they are on their payroll.)

Kneaders is amazing! They have great food. Their menu consists of quite a few different sandwiches. There many different types of breads; such as focaccia, sourdough, ciabatta and so on. You can build your own sandwich as well, they have a great selection a veggies. They also have soups and salads you can add to your meal. There are a few different meal options, like a half sandwich and soup or salad (the half sandwich is fairly big). They have a kids menu as well. They have a few dessert options that are amazing! Smoothies, carrot cake, cookies, eclairs and more! Another great thing about Kneaders is that they sell these baskets for Christmas and other holidays that are so great to give as gifts. They also have baked goods for sale all the time. Its a pretty easy place to spot, on top on the orem/lindon hill on the east side. All in all, Kneaders is a place you should visit at least once in your lifetime!

I typically really enjoy Kneaders, but I will have a hard time going back after finding a dead fly in my salad. I order a turkey, bacon, and avocado salad through the drive through and when I got home to eat it I noticed the fly in the to go box. I have no idea how it got there or how long this salad sat in the to go box. DISGUSTING. Plus the fly was clearly laying on top of the salad so the worker who gave it to me would have been really careless to not notice it. Definitely makes me question the company and their food preparation. CHECK YOUR SALADS PEOPLE. (unless you enjoy the taste of insects) UPDATE: The company contacted me and took full responsibility. They refunded the cost of the food and apologized. They even sent me a gift card. Definitely feel better about the integrity of Kneaders. Thanks!

I recently lowered my rating based on a policy they have here. If you eat the French toast inside, you can have any many extra slices as you want. I usually have 3. If you go through the drive through, you get a strict 2 slices. Understand me, I was more than willing to pay for a third slice but was told its not even an option. Ok, I get it, they are trying to prevent sharing. But I was ordering a sandwich for my wife, and some French toast and all I wanted was to pay extra for a third slice. Not possible. Well you know what, I cancelled my order and dont plan on returning anytime soon even though I was a semi frequent customer before. To the bakery & cafe thats afraid to charge $1-2 for an extra slice of bread, youll have lost more than that from me not coming around often anymore.

we had them do our wedding cake and cater a luncheon for our wedding reception in september 2009. Coleen was the person who helped us coordinate and she was fantastic. They worked with us to get exactly what we wanted, and truth be told i was surprised to see that the wedding cake was even cheaper than any other estimate we got. Absolutely superb job on the cake, Coleen even did the flowers on the cake for us for something like $10 (she used to be a florist), so we didnt need to get a separate florist to work on the cake. Overall great experience, great food, great price. (especially when you consider how much everything costs when putting stuff together for a wedding reception)

I usually go to the Provo or Lehi locations, but this was great. I dont know why they switched to the "Golden Corral" style plates/silverware, but I liked the black plate a lot better. It was classier. I tend to take important clients to the locations I know still serve on the black plates. The new ones seem dirty and often have chips/scratches on them. It is really not worthy of the deliciousness of the Kneaders feel. From a branding perspective, the Kneaders branded paper below the plate was also a plus… I would consider going back if I were them. Probably too much detail on the little things on this review, but I love it too much to let it hurt on details.

Kneaders is usually one of my favorite Places to eat. So I went this week expecting the same experience. I took my meal to go. I was excited to break into my food, but the meal overall was a really disappointing. the sandwich was decent, but its been better. The parmesan chips were soggy and moist, without much flavor. The cannoli I bought was really bad. It seemed like a left over cannoli made several days ago. Not fresh at all. The shell was really soggy, and the cream filling was crusty and basicalaly had no flavor. Kneaders didnt live up to its fresh reputation this time like they have before. It was a bummer.

I waited in a long line to order French toast for a friend and Myself. They didnt have French toast because it was after 11 so I ordered sandwiches. I went and sat down and told my friend and he said he wouldnt eat a sandwich, But that he would eat banana bread. I snuck to the front of still long line, explained my situation, and asked if I could trade my order. he started trading it, but the sandwich came out right then. I told him that I would pay for the bread as well. He said not to worry about it and that it was on the house. Such great customer service. Ill definitely be going back.

I ordered a salad with the request of having half with spinach leaves a and the other half with the lettuce it comes with. I was told kneaders cant mix two different types of lettuce. I worked in the kitchen at kneaders for 6 months and I was not made aware of such a policy. During my time working I made more complicated orders requested by customers. I have order my salad with half spinach for a year In a half, at several locations and I have not had a problem until now. I give the Food an A Meeting customer requests and needs, i give an F
