Really love going here and bringing the kids however my most recent experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. Which really sucks because I work at the hospital right next to there. Anyway went in after work ordered my sandwich. I then remembered they forgot my brownie the last time I was in. So I tell the cashier and she goes to verify their books comes back and says sorry no Kim for a brownie. I tell here its been a few months. She says our records go back to Feb. its not there. I ask her to double check. She comes back and says sorry. So I say to her your not going to give it to me because when I called they obviously didnt write it down. She says no sorry. I ask to speak to the manager she says I am. Wow as a manager she should have been able to easily make the customer happy but she chose not too. I will be sure to tell all of my coworkers, family, and friends the way you all treated me over a $3 brownie.

Double charged & wouldnt give me my $ back! Typical shiester backstabbers of a buisness/ management to save $ - they messed my order entirely up & double charged me for an item they were out of & offerd something totally different - I said just a chocolate chip cookie thinking it was a big 1 for $4 . .... I was charged $4 for a cookie that tastes AWFUL - & I went in to tell them I wanted something else similar like the DOUBLE chocolate brownie - she the manager at this EXACT time gave me a brownie but said because I tried the cookie couldnt give me my $ back as she charged me for 2 items when I only wanted 1 & was rude about the whole situation - Ill never go to this dump again! Double charged AWFUL people skills negative-7 on customer service!

This is a pretty good bakery. We like the artisan bread loaves and other baked goods. Weve made some outstanding French toast with some of those breads. They do serve a delightful range of breakfast foods and have a syrup that is making me salivate just thinking about it. Caramel apples are tasty too, and they will slice them for sharing. The highlight for me are the sandwiches. Delicious -- fresh produce and nice deli meats. Though they are a little on the expensive side for lunch -- about $10 for a sandwich and drink -- worth it. My wife loves the decor and sits by the fireplace whenever possible. The craft and gift section, I am told, is nice. I prefer the catering.

We ordered a kids meal for my daughter it came with sea salt chips ( the menu nor the cashier stated that you had to take or tell in advance that you had to take the chips they gave) so when my 5yr old daughter rcvd the chips she wanted BBQ so my wife went up to the front to ask to have them switched they said no that there is no substitutions you get what you get!!! So my wife asked why this is so the manager said "ITS CORPORATE POLICY" so I gather corporate policy is to be rude and not inform your customers of your policy . We were not asking for anything free just for the same size bag etc... Oh also they had the chips

I normally love the salads at Kneaders but this location is completely sub-par. Been here 3x and each time it was disappointing. Today I got a turkey cranberry salad from the drive thru - asked for no onions. Got 3 small onions on the top of it. Now if I DID want onions, 3 of them wouldnt cut it. Also they were stingy with the turkey. The lettuce was cut in long strips - like 10 inches long, impossible to eat. Also had to pick out a few pieces that were slimy and obviously too old to serve. I dont think I will be back to this location.

Yesterday...the blueberry lemon bread is a waste of money. The batter it too wet. All the blueberries sink to the bottom and stick to the paper in a mushy clump, so you dont get to eat them in your bread! (The custard filled almond croissant IS really good) Im going to share a wonderful blueberry recipe with them and see what they think about trying it! Last year...The food has always been good. The help is immature but thats what you get for a minimum wage job! No place is perfect. At least its clean and the food is fresh and quick.

Ive only ever had Kneaders a couple of times and we only ever get the endless french toast which is pretty delicious. The french toast are incredibly thick and soft and often covered in the perfect amount of cinnamon. The little tub of syrup they give you is perfect and your first helping of french toast comes with strawberries and whipped cream. Depending on the day you go, if its a Saturday have someone claim a table while someone else orders the food because the tables fill up fast.

Had dirt all over the lettuce of my turkey, avacodo and bacon sandwich.. that then turned to mud and spread over the whole sandwich...GROSS!!!!. My other sandwich turkey, avocado, bacon had no bacon... WOW missed 1 of 3 main ingredients..... No manager on duty, no offer for a refund simply said sorry and then made another sandwich dirt free with half the amount of ingredients. Still no bacon... spend 38 dollars on 2 terrible sandwiches, 2 drinks and 2 deserts... ATROCIOUS....

Update: Got a turkey bacon avocado on sour dough with a huge clump of dirt. No big deal, take it, remake it & Im good. However when I got my sandwich back it was half the size. I guess if you complain about dirt you get reduced in your next sandwich. Delicious!!!!! Love the French toast, psncakes sandwiches and every dessert they have. Super busy. Most of the time tables are dirty. But worth the food. We always grab sandwiches for the PHX Zoo, mskes for a perfect day.

I have been here many times and every time I try to order something different. Everything has been great. Only getting a 4 star because I ordered a bread bowl and they didnt let me know they didnt have any bowls left until I had been sitting for 5 minutes waiting for my order. They offered to give me something else but my heart was set on that. So I just got slices of bread on the side. Still yummy, but a rain check on a bread bowl soup would have been better :)

We just tried Kneaders for the first time after my 20 week prenatal appointment at the Baseline and Higley location in Gilbert. Even though they gave my husband a completely different panini than he ordered (didnt realize until after wed left) and he didnt get the chips and such that were supposed to come with his sandwich, we enjoyed our food very much. Would be 5 stars if wed received or correct order. Well definitely be eating there again.

Bakery items were greatest! Cranberry-pistachio bread is my favorite. I like the free samples. Apple pie was super sweet. I didnt care for the chicken walnut raspberry salad. It was full spinach. I would have rather it be a mix. I dont understand their combo deals. It is on top of the main item. Lines are really long. A few ladies were standing around. Could have wiped off some tables. They seem to run out of chips and bread bowls.
