Wtf! I bought a ice cream cake for my girlfriends birthday and when I got it home it looked nothing like advertised and the red icing tasted like it had Agent Orange in it. Straight up CHEMICAL taste. Im seriously considering taking the icing to a lab!

Got a super terrible cake. Icing tasted spoiled. Looked awful and instead of the signature carvel crunchies they used some cheap crumbled cookies. Very disappointed. This store should not be able to represent the Carvel name.
