Today I went to dairy queen today with my wife to have a ice cream night. They got my order correct until I tried to order a 1/8th pound patty for my puppy. They charged me 2.79 for a whole hamburger, then the team lead says this is how they do it, they dont have the option to select a substitute. I have worked in fast food for the last 3 years and understand that that is just bull. They could have refunded our money and gave us a free burger but the best she could do is to have us call the manager on his personal cell....? What? No I am not supposed to have the managers personal number. That is an invasion of privacy. This resturaunt needs to get new management or get better training in this company. Every time I have went there never had a big issue until now.

I have been a frequent customer to this Dairy Queen and have always been treated politely but it seems like every other time my shakes are made wrong, and when I have questions no one has the same answer. I assume the training of the young girls that work here is not as thorough as it should be. The manager is not very pleasant and was quite rude when I asked to have a shake remade (my first time saying anything, although many visits I left with wrong food orders), he was not apologetic and refused to remake it. I will not be going back!

I stopped here on my way to Oregon. Customer service wasnt that great. The lady at the counter was super annoyed while i was giving her my order and she kept leaving to go do something else while taking my order. Also Dairy Queen has become very expensive and almost not even worth it. The $5 lunches are the best deal they have.

Blizzard of the month...one truffle. Thanks triple truffle blizzard promo. We bought 3 (and a cone). $17. A bit pricey for vanilla soft serve. When we took it back they were sassy. We were returned vanilla soft serve with a brick of truffles at the bottom. At least we got the chocolate in the end. We are done here.

The owners of DQ have been so great to work with! Recently, they donated about 3 days of their time to go to a boys camp in the area and prepare every meal. They were extremely pleasant to work with and nobody left a meal even remotely hungry. I will support them and DQ forever. Thanks!

The owner is not a very nice man. The teenage girls who work there are not paying attention and dont care about there jobs. They are very rude to customers and dont have a care about customer service. The food is not very great for a D.Q unless you go during the day!!!

Apparently its ok to throw food at pregnant women from teenagers. The manger was called and would do nothing about this issue. Counter help was told about this and we were told to fight them. Please pass the word DO NOT patron this place.
