had surgery on the 1/30/15 so had my husband go and get some burgers, first of all he was given the wrong order so he gives it back, then the order was made wrong and instead of the churros he was given wedges, so I call and speak to the manager and she claims to have made the order her self and proceeds to tell me that the order is too big for her to replace, really. I called corporate and got a call I back just like they told me and the gentleman was concerned and he said he would take care of it. I did expect for the manager to call me and at least say something but I never heard from her so with that said when ever I come from the casino late at night and want a burger unless there is a jack in the box on my way home we will never buy another jack in the box.

Im the one that keeps the drive thru backed up sorry guys i never have no problems on tuesday and Wednesdays i have get togethers and always order 20 to 40 orders of tacos their alwas quite nice and get the job done fast sometimes i waut in drive thru other times they ask me pull to the front good job guys alwas try to tip and they say no its are pleasure 5 stars

Jack really did this to himself, he offered the French toast sticks, guess what? Eliminated in favor of the mini pancakes that are already under controversy from the Jumbo Breakfast Platter. Well have to wait and see where he goes from here. Not looking to great my fast food brothers.

I have had no issues here. I got the buttered sourdough jack . It sure lived up to its name. Friendly service. I have noticed that other burger places are trying to step up their game. I hope this chain attempts to do the same.

When you order a sourdough jack and they give you the opposite sandwich of that...so sad and still hungry. Always screwed in the drive thru. Triple check your order

Drive thru line can be a bit slow at times. They used to be faster. The food is served hot and Ive never had a problem receiving something that I didnt order.

Took my wife to this Jack in the Box we had a nice breakfast and the restaurant was very clean try they breakfast when you are in the area.
