Service is always fast because not a lot of people know about this place and those that do are always getting take out but hear me out when i say the portions are larger when you eat in, no disrespect to the take out either because they give you quite a large amount (takes me 3 or 4 days usually when ordering orange chicken) I honestly am pretty meh with most of the food here id give most of it a 3/5 with the noodles being a 4.1/5 but if youre looking for Orange Chicken then by god you have found the king.... Orange chicken has been my favorite food since i was 8 years old and ive tried at least 7 dozen different Orange Chicken from different places sometimes repeatedly to get an accurate taste and this one easily is my favorite 5/5. The coconut shrimp here is also amazing and quite large easily my 2nd favorite out of the probably 2 dozen different places ive tasted. IF YOU LIKE ORANGE CHICKEN GIVE THEM SOME LOVE PLEASE THEY DESERVE THE EXTRA SERVICE

Went with friends for dinner to our favorite Chinese restaurant (12/2/2015 @ 7pm) the Bamboo café and were shocked to find they had installed two large screen TVs on their interior walls. Both were turned on and playing some game show. They sat us under one TV and the background noise was terrible. We could not talk to each other over the noise directly above our heads. We moved to a center table, but with both TVs playing, it was not much better. It was like eating at a lunch counter inside a bowling alley.. If you want a relaxing dining experience with friends, this is no longer the place to eat. From a 5 to a 1. Capturing defeat from the jaws of victory. We did not go there to watch TV . We went there to have an enjoyable meal with friends. As long as the TVs are there, we will not be back. sad, very sad .

Pros: This is our go to Chinese take out Restaurant. You have to try their Godzilla Egg Rolls ( truly Godzilla sized ). The one thing we like most about Bamboo is, compared to other Chinese Restaurants, you dont feel like you ate a pound of grease when youre done. Cons: In some ways, Bamboo Cafe gives the feeling of your typical step above Chinese Restaurant. The interior has your typical Eastern styling and you get the sense that they could easily mess up your order, though they never have.

We stopped in for a quick bite to eat. We got there seating ok not very intimate booths are half booths and limited. To have a half booths we were warned one side of the restaurant was warmer then the other and they were right it was this is not a big Establishment either. Since warned we grinned and bared it. The service was polite but slow and the food was good but average for the type of food it is. For how we came to this restaurant it is ok but I would not drive out of my way for it.

I love coming to eat here, theyre friendly and the food is great. Its never really busy so you dont have to worry about waiting. The lunch specials are awesome, very cheap but comes with a lot of food and tastes great! I recommend getting noodles instead of rice for your meal because the noodles are really good and the crispy chips for the soup!

This is a really good place! I came in on a Sunday for lunch and a drink. Service was really fast and everything tastes great. I was reading a book and they didnt bother me more than was necessary. I definitely will come again. Order the Ma po Tofu if its youre kind of thing. I loved it!

Ordered a big take out. Fast service. 15 minutes from call to pick up. Food is done exceptionally well. Prices are competitive. Bamboo Cafe beats the panda chain significantly in speed of service, quality and taste by a mile. Check it out. Youll never visit rhe Panda again.

Food is not good, the place looks bad, there are little nats or flies every where. The service was friendly, fast and the prices are low but since the food is not good it still technically over priced. Stay away.

Best Chinese food in Phoenix, I love the orange chicken, crab puffs, and egg rolls. My wife loves the pork chow mein. Service is awesome, great prices. Our go to place for family dinners.
