Poor management average food at best. I never thought the good eggs food was very good for the price. But we were getting stamps towards a free meal so I thought it wouldnt be a bad idea to eat a few more times and get a free meal. After being explained there are so many rules to the card I was discouraged to eat there again. My girlfriend and I had gone to eat our last 2 meals and get a free one. I bought my meal to get my 5th stamp and then use my free meal to pay for my girlfriends. The management told me I couldnt use a free meal on the other purchase it had to be a separate time. I told the manager I was upset about the program and since I did have a total of 8 meals already between 2 different stamped cards and it only takes 5 to get a free one I would appreciate a free meal to satisfy a frequent customer. She said she couldnt do that-and I used to manage a restaurant and I know that mangers do have authority to make customers happy---thats one of the reason managers exist. I told her I wouldnt come back ever again if she didnt accommodate me. She said that was my choice. So I left her the cards-I paid my bill and I strongly urg you not to eat at the Good Egg because their food is average, overpriced, and the management will not stretch themselves to make sure you leave happy-even if you have bought several meals with them.

Alexis has been our server two vists in a row. Her sunny disposition and genuine desire to provide a positive experience truly compliment the tasty food and comfortable surroundings. We arrive early to ensure we are seated right away, but even mid-morning visits for a meal wont keep you waiting long. Complimentary fruit infused water or coffee is available while you wait to be seated. The prices are comparable to the portions and quality of the food. We really enjoy our visits at the Tramonto location and hope you will too.

So glad they put a location nearby! Very fresh, delicious food and as a vegetarian, I love eating there for breakfast/brunch, when options are normally boring and very limited. They dont get 5 stars is because its pretty obvious that most of the staff is new; no mix-ups but it took them awhile to get our orders and fill waters, plus the waitress wasnt very knowledgable about the menu. The manager checked on everyone and told us that the chef is from a Phoenix location - no wonder the foods so good!

Very unhappy with service. Waited on the phone for 15 mins to get my to go order placed. Had to call back to get it placed. Then waited an hour for my food to take it home and everything was hard and cold. Something was in my burrito had no clue but a hard black piece of something. Ordered two kids meal pancakes and sausage. One came with a big pancake and 2 sausage the other two small pancakes and 1 sausage. My first experience here and im truly unpleased.

How do I add negative "stars".... I clearly watched food delivered to people that ordered after us. We recieve our cold food. When asked to talk to someone they sent the person to the wrong table. After that we asked again for help. This is the first time in 40 years I have sent food back to the kitchen.... I can not beleive I would rather eat at Dennys

Right on par with other First Watch restaurants. I have loved this chain for a long time and Im so glad to have one at this location. I had the market veggie sandwich for lunch and it was terrific. The bread, the veggies, the cheese melted on it all added up to a taste sensation. The service was spot on--friendly and efficient.

Nice breakfast. It was Saturday and they were busy. Our server came by our our table quickly to take our drink order. The server was nice and gave us time to look over the menu after bringing our drinks. We had the Power Breakfast Quinoa Bowl and the BLTE with soup. The food was tasty. We will be back.

Used to like this place before it was revamped.. Now my scrambled eggs are "instant" eggs, not real ones...powdered or dehydrated.. absolutely terrible... A 10$ breakfast plate with fake eggs? Your restaurant is called "Good Egg" and you dont even serve real eggs...really?? really?? epic fail...

Its a sad day, I just found out that my favorite breakfast spot The Good Egg was sold to First Watch. The first thing the new owners did was cut costs and it shows. I have been eating at the Good Egg for almost 20 years, and today was the worst bfast I have ever had there. Oh woe is me. : (

Ordered an omelet. Potatoes were at best warm, butter on toast was starting to congeal, the "little” amount of green chili, that I ordered, was such that I lost all taste of the eggs, small means SMALL. You gave me no reason to return. And of course I will discuss with my neighbors

The Good Egg and First Watch have joined forces and updated this location to include more seating inside and a fresh change to the menu. With first watch coming in the good eggs loyalty program is being phased out, which for frequent goers is not ideal.

Lots of love, even though its no longer a Good Egg. The menu has gotten much better, and the service is quite quick for a breakfast spot. The food is always hot (unlike other spots) and their coffee and teas are perfect to match.

As others have stated service was very slow and server not very friendly. Servers standing around talking, playing on computers and iPads. Food was very good. Have eaten at the one in Dunwoody many times with great service.

Great food but shotty service. We were seated and waited for a good ten minutes before deciding to go over to Dennys because the help was slow. Would be excusable if they were busy but they were busy talking to each other.

What a great menu! The most recent county food inspection ranks "Gold" and it shows ... this restaurant is immaculate. Staff is always prompt and truly friendly. Go on Wednesdays to get your "club" card stamped twice.

The food here is very good but very pricey. The food is made fresh so there is a bit of a wait for it. The portion sizes are not what would be expected for the price. Very clean and cozy with very friendly staff.

Lots of wait staff but our wait person was nowhere to be found and the food was very show coming out. They had the A/C turned much too cold, I heard another table claiming about the temp also.

Food was good, but service was extremely slow. At 1230 pm there were 3 tables in the restaurant and it took a long time to get food. They need more help, or better training for staff

Love The Good Egg. I am on a health kick and they offer so many choices to be able to eat a healthy breakfast. Of course if you are going to splurge try a cinnamon roll. Yummy!!

Great food. Promp, attentive, quality and friendly service. Would highly recommend for breakfast. (Havent tried any lunch fare yet ... still working through the breakfast menu.)
