Horrible service/ restaurant lies about order. Ordered from this location on 6/13/17 late in the afternoon. Got our order and received a cardboard stuffed crust pepperoni pizza that looked like it was made in the morning and left in the oven too long. Called the restaurant and informed them about the bad pizza. Restaurant employe apologizes for the experience and informs me she has put a full credit for the pizza under our phone number and name. She confirms the number and confirms we got a credit. Called Pizza Hut today to take advantage of my credit and they told me "Ive never ordered from them, and there is no credit." Unless I have the original receipt not an online receipt, would it be proof to them we ordered from them. Since I only have an online conformation of my order and purchase they say I went to another Pizza Hut. My online order confirmation list their actual location. But they refuse to say its them I ordered from because they dont want to follow through with giving me the credit. Horrible customer experience. Worst service EVER!!! I cant believe you cant do 0 stars.

My pizza is burnt and my bread sticks are not even cheese colored they are simply burnt. The pizza is hard. Im very upset I worked all day to come home and order pizza and have it show up burnt to a crisp. You can see the burnt. Im very disappointed

Many time these people have forgotten an item. This time, when I asked them, they said they would be right back, they drove off and never came back. Ive decided to go with all other pizza companies other than this one from now on.

Could not even give you a review on the food when calling in the kid could not even give me a price on ordering extra wings and didnt know the specials of the day I will never order pizza hut again

I like pizza hut, especially when my order is right. Its about 60% maybe 70 with the location by my house, but even when its wrong, they fix it pretty fast.

Very friendly and accommodating. My son had a coupon for a free personal pan pizza that was expired and they took it anyway. Two thumbs up!
