WOW! What a pleasant surprise! I was in the area for work and wanted to stop and grab something for breakfast, something other than your traditional chain restaurants. I was craving something hardy, something with some substance, and not looking for your typical bagel and cream cheese breakfast. I didnt read any reviews on Crackers and Co I just saw the restaurant, the name caught my attention, and I decided to make a move... First off, the staff was extremely welcoming (this is huge for me). They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and made sure I had a menu in front of me within seconds of being seated. Taking a look at the menu, it has a lot of Mexican influence, which was definitely a good thing. After taking a glance over the menu, I went with the waitresses recommendation... the Southwest Chorizo and Carnitas skillet. WHOA! This thing was HUGE! It was loaded with potatoes, carnitas (my fave), spicy chorizo, jack cheese, two monster eggs that were cooked over easy, fresh salsa, and a tortilla. Taking a handful of bites of the tortilla with a couple bites of the skillet, I knew I was going to be in trouble and not be able to finish it (and I am a big guy). What a great find! I am in the Tempe/Chandler area 2-3x a month and I would MAKE SURE if I am in the area for breakfast, I would stop here... this is definitely one of those places that you come back to because of the good food and a great customer experience. Side note, hats off to the management team, there was a small issue with my order and they took care of it immediately! Ill be back!

So... let me start by saying that I always have ketchup on my potatoes. If I am going to have hash browns, fries, tater tots or any other potato besides baked, I HAVE to have ketchup. The only way I could ever eat potatoes without ketchup is if they are absolutely spectacular. . . . . Obviously I am going to state that I did not need ketchup on my breakfast potatoes. What you didnt know I was going to say is that the potatoes were the least favorite item on my plate. So as you can probably imagine, the entire meal was fantastic. I had the chicken fried steak on a biscuit and I could cut it with a fork. That being said, my meal didnt even compare to my wifes. She had the pork carnitas and Ive never had any better than those. This place is definitely worth trying.

My girlfriend and I have brunch here just about every other Friday. There have been weeks that we have eaten here three days in one week! The first few times I came here i had the godfather philly, which is great, but then I decided to try some other things. I try something new every single time I go to crackers and I always enjoy it. At this point im running out of new things to try, but they have specials that change every month which are always delicious. The staff is super friendly and always takes care of us. It can get rather busy, and it is a smaller establishment, so during peak hours you may have to wait a while for your food, but, what do you expect? 5/5, no questions asked. I LOVE this place, it never disappoints.

There is something to be said for taking good ingredients and letting them stand on their own. Everything was simply prepared so that I could actually taste the food. Nothing was over seasoned and over-all the food was very tasty. We came at possibly the worst time. It was breakfast on a Sunday, fathers day no less, but besides the wait there were no problems. The staff was friendly and at no point did I feel rushed, and despite the crowd the kitchen apparently never sacrificed quality for speed. Ill definitely be back.

It was just ok. Id heard rave reviews of this place. My wife had been there before, and loves it. Problem is we went more for lunch. I believe this is more a breakfast place. The popular spiced mayo they use is bad. Takes away from the delicious croissant ham and cheese I ordered. Server food mess up our order, but took care of it, but a simple ham and cheese took an other 15 min to make. 15 minutes for white bread ham cheese... Oh well. I might try them one more, for a breakfast item, before axing them from my list

Service is great. I always get my food to go and it is always done on time. They messed up my order once so I called back and they said they would take care of me and if i wanted to go back for a redo on my breakfast. I told them on the next time around since I go almost every Friday. The next time I ordered they took care of me and made sure that I was happy with their service. I give them a thumps up and will continue going for many years to come. They know how to treat people right and the food is great!

This is my favorite breakfast place. Cinnamon french toast...AH-mazing. Bacon thick and perfectly cooked every time. Hubby gets the Benedict or one of the omelets and its always Delicious. Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait...but always worth it. Its noisy...but not loud. We carry a conversation in our normal volume. Service has always been friendly and quick. We have been to both the mesa and the Tempe location many many times and have never once left dissatisfied.

Beware! We have liked this place but, one day I ordered crepes. When they came they looked uncooked or raw. I ate them, have not had crepes before. Surprised the were not brown. Within 2 hours I was really sick. I called the restaurant to let them know. By 9PM I was in the hospital. I called managers and they said I will be contacted by their insurance company. As of this date no response from anyone - owner, managers or insurance company. I was sick for 4-5 days.

My family and I have been coming to Crackers for years! This is a mom and pop locally owned hot spot! The hosts are terribly fun with infectious smiles and personaities. The mulitude of servers are on the top of thier game! The cooks ooze talented and the menu is original! Be sure to order country fried potatoes crispy!! Dont even try to save room for dessert. Its impossible. Call ahead to get on the wait list! And then sit back and enjoy!

April, our waitress was beyond amazing. Some part of me worries about going to a restaurant within 1 hour before it closes, but this experience helped ease that worry. I even got to meet the owner who was very polite. Overall experience wise, food wise, atmosphere, everything about it was 10/10 !!!! Thank you for actually caring about customer service and experience April. I can see you going places with that work ethic! Keep it up!

Staff was incredibly friendly, food is absolutely delicious, and the price for the amount of food you get is fantastic , we ate there two days in a row and got different things both days and it was all amazing!!!!! Recommend this to anyone unless youre a communist or lacking of taste buds because you dont know how to enjoy the finer things in life anyway.... P.S. they have flavored creamers at the table for your coffee....
