DQ in Wetumpka, AL has poor drive-through cashiers especially one in particular but I did not catch her name. The last two times I tried to go through the drive-through and order, this cashier did not take the order right and constantly asked me to repeat my order. She needs to pay attention to the customers who are ordering. When I finally did get to place my order, I asked for Ketchup or Mayo because she will not offer any, and the she rolled her eyes and threw the bag of food at me. Then I asked for a drink holder because my order is for two people so therefore I ordered two drinks and Im by myself so I always need a cupholder. Last time I asked for one she said that the Wetumpka Store did not have any. Yesterday I placed my order and asked for coffee. She laughed and said we dont serve coffee..I looked on the online menu and DQ does serve cold coffees which that would have been fine. She did not even offer that choice. I rate this store one star only for poorly handled customer service. The one star is for the good food though. I love DQs chicken tenders and burgers. The Wetumpka, AL store needs a better drive-through staff.

Was terrible service Lucky I gave you one star that you didnt even deserve the owner was terribly rude paid extra for extra toppings ! The they forgot to put chocolate on three Banana splits I can understand maybe one forgetting to put chocolate on it but three? And I dont think you want to know about the extra toppings because there was no extra toppings but they sure didnt forget to charge that . So I took him back in the store after Having to turn around to go back in store then he opened him them back up and put chocolate in it in that against policy ? Plus i live less than a minute away at this time it was more like a milkshake! Will never return to this location again Done

Horrible service! The cashier had a bad attitude. She didnt smile not once. I ordered extra Oreos on my Oreo blizzard and its just white ice cream. The chocolate ice cream cone that I also ordered was vanilla ice cream with chocolate sprinkled on top. And to top it off It was a to go order the guy that was sitting there gossiping while making my blizzard didnt even give me a lid or and anything to hold my order in. This place needs some help!!
