take my word for it, do not waste your money at the outback. If you are going for a blooming onion, than try Chilis. the experiance that i got twice with in two weeks, was that the waiter hates GAY people,and the waiters and the managers have an attidute that it sucks to be you. Oh, than you have BOB, he likes his name he says it like a billion times. i think that one there should be call BILLION BOBs Outback. So if you like to waste your money than give them a try. m75

Worst experience ever! I drove 40 min just to eat at Outback in Sheffield when I ended up leaving. Horrible service! After nobody came and got our drink order the manager came over and said sorry for the wait due to a waiter calling in..... Not my problem. Then we waited to order another 10 min. As the waiter told use they didnt have steak quesadillas due to the steak not being ready to cook! Thats when we decided to go somewhere else. Never go to this Outback!!!!

Over the past few months this Outback has really declined in service and food quality. The food is inconsistent at best. I do not eat butter and despite conveying this to them I have been sick the last 3 times we have been here. It seems that if the employees took more pride in their jobs that this could be a restaurant worth a return visit. Until then, you might as well find another place to eat.

Food is mediocre. The Cobb salad had no hard boiled eggs as advertised. Not much taste either. Yes the bread was good and freshly baked. But the prices of beverages is too high. A cold beverage is $3. Really? The waiter appeared to be in a hurry to go home. Texas Roadhouse does it better.

Of course Im biased because I manage the place, but honestly, I can work anywhere I want, this place is exceptional. The food is fresh and really very well made and the staff is some of the best Ive ever worked with. Drop by and have dinner with us!

Even though it was packed on a friday night we didnt even wait 10 mins for a table. Excellent atmosphere, delicious steaks, and a great waiter. Definetly a go to place for anyone! Also plenty to choose from on the menu. Cant wait to be back.

We had burgers and appetizers here for an early dinner and they were great and very reasonably priced. The alcohol is expensive, as to be expected. We had an excellent server and our wait time wasnt too long at all. We will come back

What kind of restaurant leaves you waiting for a table with tables empty and then when you finally get a waitress, theres NO lemon in the place for your water. Been to Outback many times and never been treated so poorly!!!

Planned a birthday dinner to outback last night. The service was very slow. We asked for bread 3 times before we were served bread. My glass was empty and never refilled nor was i asked. The service needs to improve.

I love the food but I just wish it was consistent. Some days it will be perfect and others it will be too spicy or too bland. Just wish when you placed an order you knew what you were getting.
