Sorry guys, I was excited but then got disappointed really quick. Im from Los Angeles and grew up eating a lot of pho, banh mi and a lot much more. So, I order 3 Bành mì to go and I understand its hard to get the type of bread, but at least get the rest of it right. The meat was salty and dry and there was nothing in the bread except grilled pork, slice cumber, cilantro and green onion with salt and pepper (wrong in many way). Its marinated grill pork, why put additional salt and pepper on it??? Plus once you toasted the bread you put a spread on it, banh mi at least has pickled sliced carrots, fresh sliced jalapeño, cumcumber and cilantro and etc....I took 3 bites and couldnt force my self to finish it. My wife and kids didnt finish them either, it went to the dumb, it was very, very, very salty. I will give your place one more chances and try your pho or com bi. please get it right, you can contact me if you like.

It was okay. I was excited for this place to open and when it finally did, i went. I ordered some pho and banh mi to go. Along with bun bo hue. The pho didnt taste like authentic vietnamese style pho. The broth tasted like they poured chicken broth in there or something. Maybe they didnt simmer the bones for long. The bun bo hue wasnt even spicy. The banh mi was ok, but it looked like they got the bread from Walmart. Im from Atlanta so i was really hoping i could find a pho place that was amazing. This one really doesnt hit the spot. Its not bad, but it isnt "WOW" either. Maybe i came at the wrong time, it was their grand opening afterall. I will give this place another try.

Today was my first visit. It wont bey last. Ive never eaten Vietnamese food before. I cant swear to the authenticity of what we ate, but I can assure you it was fabulous. The soup I ordered had pork, beef, and sausage. It was mainly a spicy beef broth with vegetables seasoned with shrimp paste and topped with mint, sprouts, cabbage, and a spicy mix of peppers. It was perfect! And, unlike so much Chinese food, not very salty. I will go back. I might go back very often!

Ordered take out for me (#11 Beef PHO 2) and the wife (#9 Chicken PHO) with an order of #25 Vietnamese Broken Rice with Grilled Pork. We were both happy with the PHO broth which had a great taste, but my order with round eye steak and meatballs had round eye steak and flank instead. The orders were a little shy in the noodle portion compared to other places. Grilled Pork was terrific. We will eat there again.

The shrimp banana eggroll is very tasty, very subtle banana taste. The House Signature Pho (pho dac biet) and Hue Spicy Noodle (bun bo hue) were both also very good. Either of those soups is going to be a full meal. The beer selection is weak, only Anheuser-Busch products, but at least they have Kirin Ichiban. Nice and clean with good, friendly service. Well be going back.

Had a great experience! Its a really good place to get out of your comfort zone and really try something new!!! I tried the #15 which is a spicy,salty,sour and sweet soup! It was amazing I loved it and will def be getting it again. The service was great and the people were nice and generous. I will continue to enjoy meals here!

We ordered #8 Pho Dac Biet and it was great!!!! Also had a taste of the avocado smoothie. It was awesome!!!! I do not like avocados at all but it tastes nothing like them. Very fresh and great tasting food!!!! Very friendly service. We have a new favorite restaurant in Prattville.

I was passing through on my way to Florida. Found this place on google maps. The food was amazing. Great flavor, huge portion size, and great value. I ordered #24, recommended by the owner. He was right, it reminded me of the food I ate when I visited Saigon in Vietnam.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The food is delicious and you can tell its family owned and operated. The chef and owner came out to our table to check on the service and fare! And they serve beer and Boba Tea and smoothies!! Will be repeat customers.

Pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly, the food was fresh and prepared swiftly. I ordered #20 (fried spring roll) noodle bowl and it was delicious. Happy to have a local Vietnamese restaurant in Prattville-- this is my new favorite place. :)

Great, quick service. Got shrimp and grilled meat vermicelli and spring rolls. Everything was delicious! They even threw in a free piece of chocolate cake for no reason! Skip the chain places and go support this great new local restarant!
