Ordered a cake on Monday evening for the coming Saturday. Asked to pick the cake up at 12. I get there to pick my cake up at 12:02 Saturday, they hadnt even started working on my cake. Told me they would get it done in 20 mins. My party was in a hour & a half, I had food to be picked up at 12:15 (down the road from Publix) that ended up being picked up late bc my cake wasnt even made yet! Once the cake gets done (at 12:25), I ask the girl that hands me the cake did she take something off the price for the inconvenience they caused me. She said we took $3.50 off. I went on to explain how upset I was, so she goes to ask her manager what they could do for me, comes back & rips the price tag off & says "you can just have it" while smacking her lips! Not only was she rude about it, but the icing on the cake has cake crumbs mixed in the icing, one side of the cake is leaning, & the words are ran together I guess bc they were rushing to get it fixed. I would have loved to upload the picture along with my rating but there isnt an option. Ive ate their cakes at events & they were amazing is one of the reasons I chose to go here. This was my first and will be my LAST time ordering from them.

Racists white blanks. Bought a birthday cake from them for my bday. Never shopped in a public,so I asked the baker what kind was it. She said Yellow cake only to cut it for my guests and its Marble. After calling back,I was spoken to very rudely and nasty. I guess thats y Ive never shopped here. White folks store.. I do notice the good reviews r from WHITE ppl only

Convenient location (if you know what youre doing) and have had consistent quality service from the employees. Ive even asked a few employees as to why everyone seems so cheery, and have frequently been told that they have good management and its a genuinely fun work environment. Im sure not everyone feels the same, but I have yet to witness otherwise.

Was in there yesterday, my cashier and I had a question which seemed to be figured out until a short woman in a solid brown shirt came over and was EXTREMELY rude not only to me but to my cashier, and the others who were standing there. I will no go back to this store because of her. I will gladly drive across the bay and shop.

Been a while but stopped in Friday to get some fresh shrimp after leaving whole foods in disgust. Publix was fresher and cheaper! Trey at the Seafood Market was a great help! Thanks Trey. Im going to be shopping at this Publix again for a while. Ill update this review as we continue to shop.

Very clean and comfortable environment. Easy to navigate. Still, if you can not find something, the staff are always very nice and helpful. Price can be higher than the Walmart down the street, but Publix always have good BOGO deals.

Its a brand new Publix with all of the amenities and service youd expect from them. Coffee counter inside with gelatos, coffee drinks, and pastries! A wonderful deli staff and bakery!
