I would give them a zero but I cant. I ordered a turkey bacon sandwich from Panera in Round Lake, when I took it home it had no bacon. The turkey was not turkey meat but rather deli meat that I could have picked up from the supermarket. I paid $6.55 for deli meat, white bread lettuce and tomatoes. I really hate wasting my money. When I called and spoke to the manager he told me that he cannot do anything about the menu and hes sorry. Thats it. Not even he will make sure that the menu explains the meat. Why would anyone pay Panera $6.55 for a deli turkey meat. I will never go back to Panera bread!!!!!!

Very disappointed that they off and on discontinue their best shortbread cookie in the house. They did how ever offer the same cookie with a sugary glaze all over it. I was not interested in the glaze all over the cookie. Then tried for a bowl of their best soup Creamy chicken and wild rice soup. Unfortunately they did not have available as well. Maybe some day restaurants will stop messing with the menu. I like mixing it up once in a while , but leave what works. And please get rid of the extra glazes and sugar on already sweet deserts. Not Healthy!

Panera has gone down hill tremendously. It is not what it once was. The food is always prepared lacksidasically, Starbucks now makes a better sandwich, which is just heated in an oven. Paneras bread is always top notch, you can at least expect that (the extra star) but the service usually is slow or full of attitude, and the sandwiches are always either not made well or they get the order wrong or forget something simple, like a spoon or the metal spoons are dirty, etc etc.

This would be a one star but the manager gave us cookies since they got our order wrong. They always get it wrong every time Ive come to get food there. However THIS IS THE LAST STRAW. NO MORE ROUND LAKE PANERA EVER AGAIN FOR US IM TIRED OF THE HASSLE, TIRED OF THE EMPLOYEES WHO CANT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND MY ORDER AND THEN OVER CHARGE ME. thanks for the cookies tho. And instead of talking to eachother, they should pay attention and do their job.

My husband and I have been there twice on a Saturday evening after attending a matinee movie nearby. Both times the tables and seats were not clean, the floor was not clean, and on our second visit the silverware was not clean - there were visible fingerprints on the blade of the knife I pulled out of the knife container. We usually enjoy eating at Panera, but are disappointed in this one.

Went here today with my boyfriend for a little birthday lunch. All was fine until two teenage girls started throwing bread at us. after the second piece of bread was thrown i went to the manager and said it was ridiculous. He did absolutely nothing. i will never go here again. Unprofessional and completely inconsiderate. Cant believe what happened today.

I go there quite a bit to work on projects. The place is nice and clean. The food is delicious as always although the prices have crept up considerably over the last couple of years. Still much better than other options in the neighborhood. Service has been iffy lately... but the food is still good.

Ive always ordered a chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich near my house and Im always impressed , decided to try this location and I will never be coming here again my bread was cold the cheese was not melted it looked like they just threw eveything on it without taking the time to correctly make it !

We are in the queue the cashier guy saw us and other people ignore totally and start working different work watch us wait for cashier to take ordered but ignore this is happened second time. Complaints to manager she said he is new. And blowed up. Do not go again. Very bad customer service.

Wife picked up order received wrong sandwich ordered turkey avocado got some soggy apple type sandwich. Greek salad poor quality had wrong red onions if pickled now for recipe wont order Again! Tried calling phone hung up on us . Good food....not so much anymore .

When you walkin they just stare at you. When you order they ask what they need to and then they never look at you or speak to you again. They switch into spanish so you dont know what they are saying. I have eaten in there twice. Same thing different day

I was disappointed that i got a breadbowl soup and when i went to scoop out some soup, i ran into bread after an inch. There needs to be a standard to what they hollow out. Very disappointed. Also sad they no longer have the asian sesame chicken salad.

Generally good food and decent service. Couple of times my food pick up was not ready several minutes after the scheduled time. I do appreciate and like their "clean food" goals. The salads are tasty and healthy.

Pretty average as far as Paneras go. If youve never been to one, they specialize in bakery style sandwiches, soups, salads, and baked goods. Good food, pleasant environment, free wifi.

Clean, great service. Food is always good. My daughter can order vegetarian and is happy. Nice drink selection includes lemonade and flavored ice tea. Baked goods are excellent.
