On Sunday June 20, 2010, I stopped at Taco Bell to buy 3 for $2.00 deal.Leaving the restaurant, I felt my car hit something underneath the front bumper. When I got off the car, I noticed it a metal lid, that leads to a sewer, in the middle of the Taco Bell driveway. The matal lid is about 7 inches from the ground. I made an accident report to the manager at Taco Bell who took pictures of the car. I also paid $110.00 to fix my car. A couple of days later somebody from Taco Bell management called me to talk to me about the incident. She told me that she was looking at the pictures and the lid is only an inch above the ground. I argued that there was no way for her to make that determination just by looking at some pictures. Anyway, Taco Bell took a lesson from BP and refused to assume responsibility for the damages. So, if you stopped at this location make sure you have a pick up truck or you might be paying a lot more than you are bargain for.

Food is ALWAYS good. I feel like there needs to be more promotions. And they have new employees every couple of months not my business though. Would suggest to open the second register when it gets busy though. And I kinda dislike them not being open to 3 am but I understand why they dont .

Two hairs already ... Im not even half way through my meal.. They was out of the drink I want Then I changed my drink selection and they still have me the wrong drink.. The cashier cut me off twice trying to end the order but I still had a meal and a side to order.. Not too happy...

Cravings Deal please! Wonderful meal, especially for the price. I have two local taco bells, but this is the one i choose. They do s better job at filling a burrito. The other store is slack filling. This store also had some pretty good employees.

Terrible service. Drive through food orders are never right. I just returned from the store with a drive through order, ordered and paid for items that I did not receive. This is typical of the store in Fort Payne.

Came for supper after church was informed they were closing early?? Sign said 9:30 ? It was 7:30? Clearly poor management. I think if your hours are posted thats what you should do.

Obviously this Taco Bell doesnt understand the difference between a normal taco, a taco supreme, or even a taco without tomatos. Probably wont be coming back here.

I wen here like 20 mins till they closed and after i ordered i pulled to the window to pay and i say a tea pitcher on the floor over a drain. but food was good
