After completing my order and paying for food, I was notified that they were out of macaroni and cheese. Cashier spoke to manager twice before she would agree to replace it (already charged credit card) with a bundt cake. waited 20 minutes, then given my bag of food without checking it. I checked food myself and found no dozen biscuits that I had paid for. Cashier had given my order of biscuits to one of the three customers behind me who had received their food before me and left. I was told it would be another 10 minutes to cook more biscuits. I asked to speak to manager. Incredibly rude shift manager refused to give name of store manager, and when asked for phone number to call, states "it is on receipt". After 10 more minutes she refunds my order and refuses to discuss situation. next day, I check credit card online statement - charge is there, refund is not. I will not be returning to this location.

Visited KFC in Fort Payne today. Very busy, Cashier stood at register took orders and nothing else. When she wasnt taking orders, she just there didnt offer to help with orders. They had to cook more chicken, so I asked the guy behind the counter how long would it be. He said " I dont know, Im not the cooker." Are you kidding me! Spoke to manager she said they were short handed on staff with 9 people on duty. Seems like they have plenty of help but nobody knows what they are supposed to be doing.

I love the food here, but they dont keep much of a selection of chicken on the buffet. If you like backs and grilled wings youll probably be extremely happy. They have a sign up telling you not to ask for any chicken not already on the buffet. Ive decided to just order off the menu from now on. The buffet is just not worth the price. Plus, you have to go to a busy cashier for a second plate, and then go through line again to get food.

Floor was so sticky you can barely walk. Paid for buffet , they gave us one plate a piece . Each time had to stand in line full of customers just to get another plate. The manager is a hateful man. Went up once to get plates and seriously stood there 6 minutes waiting on someone to walk over there. Crappy service and crappy environment .

The food tastes really good and is usually out and ready within 2-3 minutes. The buffet has a large variety of sides, chicken, and deserts. Plus the fact that the price for the meals and buffet is very competitive to other fast food restaurant near by. Its a good place to sit down and eat for children and adults alike.

The Ft Payne kfc is the worst kfc i have been to. Five orders have been wrong or just bad food. Service is usually slow and half the time not very polite. When has an 8 piece meal ever been 4 thighs and 4 legs. Ruined my birthday dinner. None of my family will eat from there again.

Came to KFC to eat the buffet we got here at a quarter till 5 they decided to shut the buffet down at 5 p.m. turning customers away that wanted the buffet not a very wise decision this is the third time weve came to this KFC and had problems we will not come back

The buffet was disappointing. Ran out of cabbage and food was cold. The lettuce was wilted and brown. They had plenty of people working and was very busy. Sad...it used to be one of the best places to eat.

Its been a while since I visited any KFC, and I have to say Im impressed. We visited on a Sunday, and they had a buffet as well as the menu. The dining area was well kept, and the food was good.
