Pizza was great. Portion was perfect. Manager, food runner, and waitress were very attentive. We were just passing through town and thought wed try something different. Atmosphere was real laid back and relaxed. Full of families. The manager not only brought my 2 yr old her high chair, but also laid down the stick-on table mat for her, and gave her some goldfish snacks to keep her occupied while we waited for our food. Very thoughtful... And appreciated. Food was delivered to our table quickly and accurately. Waitress was friendly and made very sure my drink was always full and that we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend and definitely will be visiting again on our next pass through Dothan.

Nice looking, modern pizza place. I had high hopes. The staff was nice. The food is frozen pizza quality at best. The green peppers on the combo pizza looked pre frozen or lacked freshness. The cheese was sparse and the sauce was bitter. The crust was thin with little taste. I am very sorry for the honest review. My family loves pizza and I am disappointed that the Red Elephant didnt work out. I wish them the best.

Had a coupon for 50%off of a kids meal (yes this was given out to teens at a high school) when we showed the coupon to the waitress she and the rest of the staff made fun of us and even went as far as bringing us crayons and a coloring paper for the "kids" (it was only me and my boyfriend which were 17 and 18 years old.) I will never eat here again because the staff is nothing but a bunch of bullies!

the last 2 times we have been there, the silverware, dishes and table have been dirty and/or sticky, and the bathrooms are nasty! also food is not consistent. If you order the pasta salad sometimes its really oily and other times, very dry. This place used to be good. . .has really gone down hill.

Very nice service with good antisippion of needs. I ordered the salmon with glaze and saffron rice. Best dish Ive tried since the rice bowl Mediterranean or Asian which are my other favorites. Always a great atmosphere to just sit back and enjoy great food.

waited over 30 mins for a personal pizza that was supposed to be ready in 10 mins. The to go guy was talking to the staff not paying attention and left it sitting there. Very dissatisfied, told manager, nothing done

The pizza is good, but expensive. The rest of the food is terribly over priced for the quality. The staff is hit or miss, sometimes you will get the best waiter/waitress sometimes not so great.

All the food at this place tastes like it came from a box or a can. The prices are what you would expect from a real deal gourmet place. the wait staff was horsing around in the dining room.
