I love HotBox. I was introduced to Hotbox in West Lafayette at Purdue. I was never disappointed. I was over the moon when Muncie got a HotBox. I have been there twice. Both time customer service was not the best but the first time, the pizza was fantastic. This last time, the pizza was mediocre and custoner service was awful. I generally do takeout because of where I live. When I arrived, I found no one at the desk, I was there 5 minutes before anyone realized I was there. When she asked what she could get me I let her know that I did an online order, the lady was responded with... sooo... takeout. Name. I will go back to Hotbox in Muncie one more time. If I do not receive fantastic customer service and great pizza, that time, Hotbox will lose a lifelong customer.

My new addiction. Their fresh pizzas are favorable, and their cheese sauce is a new favorite of mine. I eat here almost monthly. The only down side is their prices are a bit higher end (comparable to pizza king) but its worth the cost. The workers are also really polite, and build quite a fine pizza.

This location has some of the kindest late night staff in the Village. Friendly and always respectful of carefully prepping my pizza due to allergies. Bomb music, great food, and really nice selections on the TV make this my favorite hangout or study locale.
