The owner gave me a thorough explanation of their different coffees when I asked which one has the most caffeine. He was authentic and so is the coffee. I dont go to Humble very often, but I know where Ill stop every time I do have an occasion to venture into Humble.

Finally stopped in here this past weekend. Great coffee, lots of interesting options and roasts. We both had the Steampunk and it was great, looking forward to trying more soon. The owner was really cool as well and is doing really really neat things with the place.
