I went there for the first time with a friend, and the host sat us at a table for two between two tables - both of which that had children who were upset. There were about 8 or so tables completely free so I politely asked if we could be moved to another table that sat four (there were about 4 tables of 4 seats available) as those were the farthest away. He told me no, cause they are expecting larger groups and the tables for four are for them. So fine, I was ok with that. A caucasian straight couple of TWO come in and the host takes them straight to a table for four (despite there being plenty of tables for two available). I then ask him about that, and he said I can talk to management. So I did and the manager said I can sit at any table for two because he is going to lose money if my friend and I sat at a table for four. I explained what happened with the prior couple and he said well I can sit wherever I like but that because of my actions he will lose money. So needless to say we left and spent more money happily elsewhere with a much friendlier and inviting atmosphere. The rudeness of the host with the guilt trip and unprofessional behavior of management are more than enough reason to spend your money elsewhere. I love eating out and 99% of the time I tip 20% but this was an unbelievably response to a polite and simple request. Im absolutely not racist and Im not cheap - I just want decent service and some semblance of customer service when Im spending money in a service environment. Thanks for a memorable first and last experience.

The food was very underwhelming. The curry has no real taste or flavor. Very bland and mild. I felt like I wanted to add more ingredients to the curry to make it more enjoyable. Same goes for the naan. Its basically like pita bread. Very flaky and doughy. Not like the naan that Ive had at other places. Wish they buttered it or had some seasoning on it. It was very plain. Id much rather go somewhere else. Very disappointed.

The pre-order take-out lunches and dinners are an amazing deal. Its about half price ($8-$9 for an entire dinner including sides and rice). We have started a weekly order of 3 dishes on Thursday nights to save us a night of cooking after work and this gives us some leftovers for the weekend, too. The food is really good. Most of the unhappy comments seem to be about the table service, rather than the quality of the food.

Poor service. One sauce used for all curries. Ordered a veggie curry, got a lamb curry. Let the waiter know about it. He took back the lamb curry and got a veggie curry. Found lamb pieces in it!! Joke of an Indian restaurant where everything tastes the same.

I have a sensitive stomach when it comes to eating restaurant food in general, so youd think Indian would be a no-no for me. I LOVE this place! Tastes awesome, just the right amount of spice, and I feel amazing afterwards.

It was awful. the food was OK but what really ran me out of the place was the few oriental cockroaches I saw. call an exterminator Tiffin, you need one.
