Phenomenal experience! Both staff members that I encountered were very friendly and personable. They engaged me in conversation and were professional, polite, and efficient. This Firehouse location should be applauded and recognized for their exceptional people and outstanding service! And of course, the food is amazing!

I used to love Firehouse Subs and would eat there at least once a week but then they took the tuna away and replaced it with some weird veggie sub with artichokes and hummus. Yuck. Some of your customers dont eat beef, pork or poultry and like a tuna option. What kind of sub shop doesnt offer tuna salad?

If you like to have any kind of protein on your sub then do not go here. I ordered the hot ham sub. There were 5 tin slices of ham on it. The one half of the medium had half of the sandwich with no meat on it at all.

Got the Veggie. Pretty good flavors. Comes with lots of veggies and cheese. For vegetarians in the Pittsburgh area this is a good choice for sub.
