Our family thought it would be a good idea to have dinner here after finishing up some Christmas shopping. We were very wrong. Four of the six of our party arrived 30 min before the other two. We ordered pasta, Stromboli, chicken fingers, soup and a ham and cheese sandwich. In over an hour, we received cold French fries and slightly warm chicken tenders. We asked for cream for coffee and ketchup and never received it. The remaining two members of our party arrived and waited for nearly 30 minutes and our waiter Zak never showed. Finally, the ham and cheese sandwich and pasta arrived. Unfortunately, they were both luke-warm. The pasta sauce had congealed on the top. Neither of these items were delivered by our absent waiter. When I went to the hostess to let her know we had people waiting to order and that it had been an hour since we ordered our other food she went to track him down. I even heard her asking another waitress where Zak was. After another ten minutes, Zak finally arrived with yet again barely warm food that had obviously been sitting for quite some time. When my dad asked what was going on, Zak had the nerve to give attitude. Thanks for ruining what should have been a good post-deployment dinner with my family Zak. Bottom line, the service was terrible and the staff obviously didnt care. The food could have been good if it was served in a timely manner. My family and I wont be taking any gambles on eating here in the near future.

Worst dining experience ever! We walked in to a half full dining room and waited to be seated. The kid showing us to a table looked like it was pure torture to even have to say hello. After being given menus he mumbled something and walked off. 20 mins later not one single employee acknowledged us and we were forced to go ask if anyone cared to take our order. The kid who sat us at the table came to finally take a drink order but had no clue what they even offered so he left to find out! Thankfully a girl who actually was upbeat and friendly came to take our order and apologized that she was never informed we were waiting. It took over an hour to finally get 2 burgers and a plate of Mac and cheese after threatening to leave. I will never visit this place again. I would rather have horrible food with kind and competent staff. The only reason for the second star is for the waitress who I hope finds a better employer.

We have eaten there many times, poor customer service is poor business. We were actually approached by the owner who told us because it was so busy we should understand the wait! Over 30 minutes for a cup of soup that was half full when it got to the table? Our sandwiches were grilled but cold? The clams were served without butter and some rotten, the salad never arrived. But the topper was when the waitress told us there were other restaurants that we could go complain at! NEVER AGAIN and if you are smart SKIP THIS ONE!

I guess onhly those who have abad experience write reviews. Last year when we were new to the area, we tried this place because it was close to our home. Our expectations were exceeded. We expected a local pizza place, and found that the food is excellent and the portions are generous. The pasta dishes are good, especially the seafood pasta.We had no problems with the service. the food came quickly and if you like sports the bar side offers several TVs - if not there is a dining side to the restaurant.

We sat in the dining room and ordered a small (which is pretty big) stromboli, for I think $14, which fed me and my husband and we still took home half! LOL It was delicious, btw! I also witnessed our waitress (Katrina, I think) deal very well with what could have been a difficult customer at another table. She was knowledgeable about the menu, accommodating on anything we needed and very friendly. Great experience, clean and friendly environment and yummy food!

We stopped in late right for a bite to eat. Live music outside on the patio. (Fisheye. Good music!) We ordered wings to share. They were delicious! And they smelled so good that other tables were commenting about how snagging they smelled. They were dont just right. Nice and crunchy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Ive never had a bad meal here.

Arrived on a Saturday afternoon, not busy at all. Girlfriends panini was cold. Fries were cold. The bread on my club seemed to be stale, otherwise decent food I guess. Waitress was on top of it tho. Shes the reason for the third star.

Good food and courteous service. We realised an item had ham in it only after getting it so had to avoid it. They courteously removed that from the billing though it was our mistake. Good local flavors in the food.

Most pizza in the area stinks. I have to rate this pizza "The best in the area" A bit stingy on the toppings however I would always 100% of the time buy pizza here over anywhere else locally.

The owners also own Ginos Pizza. You have to get "Grandmoms Pizza". A thin crust Sicilian pizza with garlic.
