I understand restaurants have to save money but when my chicken strips are smaller than my chicken littles from KFC thats not ok! The girl in the drive thru have attitudes when you ask them for something they roll there eyes and walk away! Usually I dont have any issues but I have called them a couple times about this issue with the food and the service and nothing change so I guess they just dont care or the girls dont care!! Very very disappointed in the money I paid for this food and service :(!!!

The food is as good as fast food can get. Decent decor, and the service is decent as well. There are a lot of younger people working here so for a lot of them it is their first job and first time dealing with customers. They can be great one day and not so great the other. A lot of my orders have been messed up as well, so their attention to detail is not the greatest. I would only really recommend this place for their ice cream, because not many other places can beat the quality of their soft serve!

Every time I have gone for either food or blizzards they are unable to provide what was asked for. I asked for a double cheeseburger and got 2 singles, receipt said double cheeseburger, I order a blizzard with cookie dough and brownie bits it comes with no cookie dough or no brownie bits. I am always offered an apology for the inconvenience, but it sounds like lack of training and attention to detail. That being said the quality of the food is nice and the ice cream is always tasty.

Pretty satisfied with this DQ. I dont normally go here, unless I am urging to get some ice cream or a Blizzard. Every time I go here, the staff appears to be really nice and friendly, and also cheery. The food here is good, but nothing that is exceeding any (of my) standards. Like I said, the main thing that I come here for is the desserts, and I am happy with them. As a side note, I love their ice cream cakes, which is perfect for the hot, summer weather.

I came on Sunday afternoon at about 2pm. Nice sunny day. The food was delish, better than some other DQs. But the soda machine is only available to the workers so you have to ask for a refill and both when I was at the counter to order and again to ask for a refill the workers seemed scrambled and confused. It was acceptable but not amazing enough for 5 stars.

This place sucks. Hours posted on the door and website say open till ten but then they lock the lobby at 9:30... Not sure if thats corporate or just the high school girls running the place, Mikes drive in is literally two blocks away and they have great ice cream and shakes and good food and good service with no misleading marketing tactics used.
