When I called to place an order the first guy who picked up the phone said, "we dont take orders over the phone because by the time you get here the pie will be cool." Then I said "yet your website has the ability to make online orders so how does that make sense?" Then he hung up on me, which was very disrespectful. So I called back and talked to a Tim which also hung up on me which was rude and disrespectful. And in the background I heard a girl laugh at me for confirming with Tim if we accept orders over the phone. And she said that Tim should hang up. So infuriated by the horrible customer service of Pieology I called back and the girl who laughed in the background picked up the phone and was courteous and apologized for them even though she was rude previously. My roommate was a witness to all of this since this was done on speaker phone. I do not recommend this place at all. They were very unprofessional and rude to their customer.

Yes Id like to say to the person who made the comment this place skimps. Hello r u kidding didnt anybody tell you its unlimited you just have to keep asking and you get as much as you want. Pieology is the same everywhere. Awesome dont be shy my pizza junkys ask and you will receive Im also over 200 pounds and I can only eat a half a pie and I need a fork lol Enjoy but bring a friend to help with the pie and no I dont work here I own fun instruments in lake Oswego @468 north state street selling pianos and lots of other instruments

Pizza is always delicious. I can never say anything wrong about pizza, but customer service on the other hand is terrible. They have constant attitude! I have been there a few times and never have I had good customer service. Youd think you would treat others the way you would want to be treated. I work with people as well, Im a cosmetologist, but never have I treated a customer with such disrespect. Especially one of the GMs! Never going back to this pieology again.

I dont mind the price, but Im an employee of pieologo. Just transfered from this location because the Manger is very rude and upsetting. Im not mad that he made me pay the full price because everyone has to, but he also treats everyone like crap and is very rude and yells at employees in front of customers very loudly. Even coming here as a typical customer, I would never come back to this location.

The pizza was all-together uninspired. Im not sure if it was the olive oil on the crust, but all the cheese and toppings fall straight off the crust as soon as you pick it up. The toppings are minimal even when I asked for extra cheese. BUT, the price is good, the ingredients are fresh and its better than anything in the food court! Ive got a four year old, so Im sure Ill be back!

Great awesome experience. That pizza or should I say pie was excellent. Price was fair. The two of us split a pizza. The staff was professional and clean cut. The dinning area was maintained well even during the dinner rush, the tables were clean. Outdoor seating was well maintained also.

Great food. But this location skimps on serving size compared to other locations. Had this happen too many times to blame it on one specific employee. I mean really 2 small pieces of spinach. Go to the downtown location if you can.

Its Subway for pizza! And brews! Love going here for a large and filling pizza. I was going to take a picture but I forgot and just ate it instead. One pizza feeds in hungry person, or a pizza and salad feeds two. Yum yum!!

Its pretty cool that you can order a pizza exactly how you want it just like a sandwich. Their pizza isnt the best Ive had but its pretty good (crust could be thicker). The price is decent and its really fun.

Delicious quick pizza with exactly what you want on top. My personal favorite is all the cheeses, bacon, pepperoni, and mushrooms. Being on the second floor they have a great view of the mall parking lot.
