The food is good, but not good enough to look past the awful service and snotty attitudes. Apparently Dave takes the role of "manager" but could care less about customer service/satisfaction. We literally live down the street from this place, so its an easy take-out order when I dont feel like cooking. Too bad when you call in, the girl taking your order is short and unfriendly with you. And then when you actually go in to pick up your order, good luck getting helped within 10 minutes of stepping inside. Now, this isnt the first time weve had bad service... But they also messed up our order, so this is the first time Ive called the manager to make a complaint. Well before any of you get the same idea, Ill let you know that Dave really couldnt care less. The first thing he said to me when I let him know his restaurant wasnt on top of things tonight, he mockingly replied, "ok." Anyone in management or even just plain customer service would not just reply (in a snarky tone) with "Ok". Most people that care about performance and/or their customers might apologize and ask why or just plain ask what happened or to explain further. Dave didnt care. Not like hes going to do anything to change how they do business, so his least concern is what the situation was or why the complaint was coming. After I told him the multiple reasons I was angry (the 15 minute wait to be asked if we needed help and our order being wrong) he said "well, sorry. I can give you a credit for next time you come in." Because we so badly want to come in again for this BS? I can handle bitter employees. I can handle a messed up order. But I LOATHE "management" that is neither polite, friendly, accommodating, or showing any sense of ownership.

Wall Street pizza is our favorite place to get pizza - we eat it at least once a week. No other place in Portland or Vancouver compares. Starting with the deliciously bready, multi-rise dough (made from scratch and hand-thrown, by the way - you can watch them in the kitchen!), the home-made marinara and alfredo sauces, wonderful fresh ingredients, delicious spices, I could go on and on. They have several very creative topping combinations (all of which we love), and if you are feeling less adventurous, of course they also have the common topping combinations. If you are feeling like mixing it up a little, try a grinder, or a calzone. Their salads are delicious, and how about a basket of parmesan and garlic oil covered rolls? Up for some dessert? Try some sweet cinnamon rolls! The best part: this pizza is delicious AND healthy! This is a family-run restaurant with wonderful, friendly owners. Whether you dine in, carry out, or have it delivered, their food is WONDERFUL!

Its okay here... The grinders are pretty awesome. Unfortunately the service is usually pretty bad. There is a younger guy that works there and he is nice, but everyone else has not treated us well. The pizza is super mediocre and outrageously priced in my opinion. I ordered a tiny 10" 2-topping that came out to $15.50. It looked liked Digiorno and tasted like Costco pizza, which I would consider to taste good, just nothing close to the price. Im pretty disappointed because I live really close and I wanted to make this "my" new pizza place. And I love pizza... all kinds of pizza. They dont even have good specials or any access to discounts other than a weak punch card that they didnt give me until I had already been there twice. Ill probably do the grinders for takeout, but probably never pizza again unless there was a substantial discount.

VERY low quality all around. "Tossed Salad" was iceberg lettuce, nothing-special diced tomatoes, canned sliced olives and way too much onion (white) and shredded cheese. Sysco-quality ranch dressing, not homemade, not even decent. Why do places do this? Laziness. Im sure its cheaper to make scratch ranch. To be fair, I only got a cheese pizza, but was disappointed at first bite. WAY too much oregano in the sauce, low-quality ingredients, so-so crust. I went on a recommendation from my neighborhoods facebook page. All I can say is some people in these parts dont have great taste. I really hate to leave a lousy review, but I more dislike wasting $20+ on poor quality food. Customer service was satisfactory, except the driver forgot my beverage. Wouldnt recommend.

This place has been our new go to pizza delivery spot. Personal delivery services have recently become extremely overpriced so when we heard there was pizza spot that would deliver to our area with no delivery fee it was worth a try. Having ordered at least 5 times at this point we have enjoyed just about everything weve tried. Most importantly they have very tasty pizza, tastes like fresh made dough that is a perfect combo of crisp and soft, and generously loaded up with quality toppings. The caesar salad is great with house made dressing, as well as the garlic bread rolls that come with it. Pricing is reasonable and with free delivery we tip generously to show our appreciation for kind service that always arrives in the time estimated.

I went for the bank rolls, Ive had them in the past and they were great. This time not so much. Hardly any filling. It would also be nice if they came with a side of marinara, or if they at least tried to upsell some to me so I didnt forget about it. I got a slice of cheese pizza well, which I just threw out it was so bad. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes as workers in the back room went about cooking and occasionally looking up at me, never once saying hi or that theyd be right with me. Delivery drivers also came and went without acknowledging I was waiting. Theres a good amount of pizza to choose from in the area, I dont think Ill be returning here.

I think its interesting that so many people have bad experiences with customer service... I make sure to treat people with respect and have never had an issue, over the phone or in person and weve ordered here for years. I assume that if you would call in and treat people like service, they will probably be rude back because 1. they are really buys and 2. they are really good so taking crap from rude people is probably not at the top of the list. With that being said, I love this place, delivery always takes a good 45 minutes to an hour which is a good sign for being busy and having great food to offer etc. etc. Highly recommend eating here :)

Their pizza slices are the perfect size to fit uniformly into a large take-along food storage container. Unfortunately I put almost the whole pizza in it because very few of my family members would eat it. Its not terrible pizza. Its just not very good. The crust has little flavor and an odd texture, the toppings are plentiful but poor quality. The service was okay. Very curt and no smiles in site but pizza was done on time. In a town with some pretty good pizza around as lost every corner this was a let down. Price is on part with other restaurant style pizza joints.

The pizza was good. It was THE DELIVERY DRIVER GAVE HIMSELF AN $8 TIP ON MY VISA CARD when i ordered with my debit card that ruined it for me(&my extended family when i told them). MY wife called&they said,"ok well look into it."&we didnt even get offered a coupon or ANYTHING. I think what is worse is when my brother went up there &told them they said,"oh,hes doing THAT AGAIN."!! So its happend before &he STILL works there. Neither me or my other family members will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED! !
