The pizza is pretty descent, nothing that separates them from your run of the mill pizza shop. They obviously think otherwise charging 20 bucks for a "extra large" (12 slices) pepperoni, mushroom, olive. I dont mind paying more for better product but, this is no better than a 7 buck deal from dominos. The real deal breaker though was the incredibly horrendous service. We sat in the lobby watching as one employee after another halfheartedly worked on our simple pizza before becoming preoccupied with any number of other things like chatting about "where Bob is at on his delivery" or "what did you do yesterday off work" Not while making the pizza but full on stopped making it to chat. The best part is when they wash thier hands after handling money, answering phones, handling money they dont use soap. Only one of them bothered to use soap the entire time we were there! Youll want to be there to make sure they remake it with out filthy disgusting unwashed hands.

We ordered delivery online from sunnyside location Friday night 7/08/16. This was our first experience with ballagios. After the driver had already left we realized they had not given us our cheesecake slice that we paid for. I called at 8:30 and informed them, they briefly said they would come back with it. It is 11:35pm and still they have not arrived. Id have been asleep 2 hours ago but in order to be respectful and polite I didnt want the delivery man to feel like it was a wasted trip. Secondly we ordered bread sticks that were nearly completely black and so burnt they were inedible. Not only are we incredibly disappointed, but I also feel extremely disrespected. I sent that to them in an email a few weeks ago when this happened. No one ever responded.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Tried multiple times to use their delivery service. Always 1 to 1.5 hours to get our food/always late and expensive. To avoid this I finally ordered 3 Medium GF pizzas over the phone and drove 20 min for the pickup. Keep in mind, we had a house full of family waiting for dinner. I get there, and the very rude guy behind the counter pulls out 3 small size pizzas. I explain the mix-up and they refuse to refund the order or cook additional pizzas to make things right. They "had other orders in" etc. I told him 3 small pizzas would not feed 5 people. Very, very rude customer service for over priced pizza. Im not sure how they stay in business. AVOID at all costs.

I have had pizza deliveree from this location before and was pleased with the pizza and the service until I went to order in the store. Ordered pizza and had a me other shopping to do and the cashier had told me my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes...I arrived back to pick up my order in 20 minutes and it wasnt ready...waited for another 20 minutes for it to be ready...horrible customer service when they dont even acknowledge that their mistake had me waiting 2 times longer than they stated! If I wanted to wait for my pizza to be ready in 40 minutes I would of ordered delivery....unsatisfied customer

They have a solid crust and as long as there not busy service is fast. For the price of the pizza there sauce is tomato paste that is seasoned poorly. Besides the fact that they charge for there sides of tomato paste. Would be better if the sauce was made from scratch. No wonder my friends all like light sauce when getting pizza here.

I ordered online and was a little shocked at the estimated arrival time (more than an hour) but they showed up in about 45 minutes. The pizza was fantastic. We ordered one of the meaty pizzas and added on a bunch of veggies. We will definitely order again!

I LOVE their pizza! They always quote me 45-60 mins for delivery but usually arrive in about 30. The "Mother Earth" is the best delivery pizza Ive ever had. For a delivery joint, this place is definitely the best in Clackamas!

They are slow and dont make their pizzas in order. Several times now Ive preordered and gone down to pick up my pizzas just to sit and wait while I watch others come in a order and leave with theirs.

I drive a truck and delivery to Kool Pak here in Clackamas . They brought it to my truck hot and fresh and it was better then the big chain pizza in the area . They were fast and friendly.

The food here Is great for the price you pay. Would recommend eating here. Ive never stayed around to eat in the restaurant so I cant say much about it.
