Worst customer service in the county!!! I have always been a fan of their ice cream, and love supporting local business, but I also believe you should treat your customers with respect! The wait staff messed up my order and blamed me for the mistake, competely unwilling to fix it. I called their store when I returned home, and spent 10 minutes dealing with a manager/owner who belittled me further. I explained I was on medication that caused confusion (while having a condition that does so also) and could very well have messed up my own order, yet they continued with disrespect. He laughed when I asked for another cone. He offered "some sort of discount" instead. He also continued to blame me for the mistake. He then said "how bad could it be if youve been here before and liked it?". Im sorry, but that is not how you deal with displeased customers. They will NOT have my business ever again. Their lack of respect is disgusting. (Ive worked in food for years- never have I seen a business be so disrespectful)

The Ice cream was very good. I heard the place has been there for many years and I can see why. Good Ice cream fast service. Just a shame that some of the patrons are slobs and cant put there trash in the trash bins. But hey I guess slobs have to eat too ! Final note this place is CASH Only. So bring CASH so you dont miss out !

They saw us waiting outside so they opened a couple minutes early. Very friendly staff. Quick and efficient. Super tasty. Prices are a little high. A huge drawback is they are cash only. They do have an ATM machine on site for convenience, though.

Yum yum - stopped here on the way home from the pier. Was greeted with friendly Muzette (spelling) she was took our order quickly and the boy helping made our ice cream. She made sure we had plenty of napkins. Ice cream was delicious!!

Frankie says: Their orange/vanilla ice cream was delicious. The waffle cone was incredible too. This place serves food also but I didnt try any today. Try this if your into sweets. Dont litter, use the trash bins provided you mooks.
