I will never again order a birthday cake from them. I placed a special order for one from this location. When I went in to pick up the cake I was informed that there had been a freezer malfunction and that my item had melted. I asked them to re-order the item and was told there would be no problem. After two weeks I had not been contacted by anyone, and went in to ask about my order. I was told that they could not find any record of my order, so I filled out a new order form and was told management would contact me about it by the end of the week. That was 4 weeks ago and counting. All I want to do is give them money in exchange for a delicious grasshopper pie. I dont understand why this should be as much of a struggle as it is.

They are part of Dunkin Dounuts which when you want just an ice cream you may wait. I stood there 7 minutes waiting for someone to help me. Better to get a doughnut.
