Disaster is an understatement. Ridiculous long wait and I was 1 of 3 people in there. I had ordered two of the recent, new taco item. If I had known a 1/32" layer of meat was applied to both, I would have ordered 10 tacos for the same price and made a hell of a concoction at home. I event sent an email to corporate with no response. What a joke.

Had to wait in line for 35 minutes. To be told oh if you order food right now it will be another 10 minutes at least before you get it. Yes I was stuck in the line because my truck is to big to get around the small space they have. I will not be back because of this BS its always something with them.

My taco shell was stale and the chicken was rubbery. The burrito was full of beans and guacamole after I said I didnt want them in the burrito and it was barely any meat in the burrito. Im DISGUSTED with the food and WILL NOT return, not even for a cup of water. The soda was the best part of the combo

Was really surprised but super friendly services and really fast. Bathrooms and restaurant were clean. Everyone had a smile on their face and were handing out free tacos because the Cavs stole a game promotion and just won the finals. Was super surprised and really happy I stopped in.

Ive been coming to this location for about a year periodically on my lunch break. I always get good food and great service. However, the last couple of times I went the food was cold and my order was wrong. Hopefully this does not continue or Ill quit going all together.

I dont know who in there right minds would give this place a four star. The food was disgusting it tasted old from the taco meat to the totilla. My drink was water down and taste more like water than pink lemonade. I am never going to this taco bell ever in life. Blah :(

Every single time we come here its at least a 20 minute wait. I understand theres a bar rush on Fridays between 11 and 4 but this is outrageous. They are always OUT of something, you would think by now SOMEONE would get their act together and shape this place up.

The line was super long and the car in front of me ordered$60.00 worth of food which should never been allowed so late thru the drive up but Davion our cashier was polite,curtious,fast ,and accurate..bravo to him..he is the reason I did a review. Thanks.

Horrible..they charged my bf for the car behind us and then on top of that didnt give us supreme tacos... I asked for supreme everything and he got charged for it... Never going back...yall suck... And need to hire people.that know what theyre doing .

Worst taco bell i have ever personally been to, last time i went i was missing 2 tacos, this time all my food is burnt. Very slow, not clean, and awful customer service. Management is trashhhhhhh. Go elsewhere! Anywhere else!

My 2 Chalupa was cold and my soft tacos was soggy and cold, It was very nasty and i couldnt even eat it. I will never go back. It was a waste of my money and time......but its clean and the people was nice.
