My daughter discovered this bakery, which is just across from the High School. Evidently, this is the place to go for iced coffee and cake, to get you through the day. Since this was such a favorite, I decided to give them a try for her birthday cake. What a lovely cake-- three layers of chocolate with mouse filling and dark chocolate frosting. It was moist and delicious, and visually beautiful-- even the sides had lovely decorative swirls. The cake was reasonably priced, and bigger than I expected. I would definitely recommend DelSol Bakery
