I placed an order with The Grotto for an employee event that I was having yesterday. I ordered the penne vodka, chicken francese, eggplant rolletini, chicken with vegetables, gluten-free pasta with vegetables, tossed salad, spinach salad, garlic bread and dessert tray. The wonderful smells of the food had employees from the other side of the floor begging to have leftovers and employees from the other two floors asking where we catered from. The food was amazing! Delicious and authentic! The employees that attended the event could not thank me enough. The delivery and setup staff were just great. Special thanks to Mike and Lina for their help with recommendations and ordering. Our organization will definitely be catering from The Grotto again. No matter what you order, you wont regret it.

Very nice, classy place to dine or drink and listen to an artist performing. Service is generally attentive, but when I went with friends, our server never came back to us with our orders, so we ended up never eating. The ambiance is nice but it doesnt feel too personal. Another thing is that the concert should start when stated instead of being late - that part is a bit unprofessional. Overall, its good, but I think your experience would depend on a lot of factors: artist, performance, music, service, staff, etc.

This place is a carb infested dream world. Came here with the family for a little lunch. They have outstanding specials, a whole pie of cheese pizza, a 2 liter soda and 2 large fries. This was enough to feed 5 of us and all for the great price of 20 or so dollars. I only wish they had more space and bigger booths. Otherwise, its the best kosher pizza Ive tried in Queens thus far. Will be coming back when I need a replenishment of carbs. Check it out

There is no better shop in lower manhattan. Their pepperoni is amazingly tasty, and their service is impeccable. On most days, theyll call after the lunch rush to make sure your delivery went smoothly. If you order late enough, make sure to order some of their homemade cookies. Havent tried their pizza but their buffalo wings are delicious! For 7.25 you get an aluminum take out box full of wings and some celery stalks, sauce of your choice, and a garlic roll. WIll definitely be back to try the pizza!

Grotto has some of the best pizza I have had. There is such a huge selection of pizza that it is hard to get bored of coming here. Their pastas on the other hand could be cooked better. The pasta under the top layer was cold.

They sell pizza and food. Pizzas really good. Staff is nice. The pizza sauce has a very distinct taste and if you dont like it you may not like the pizza. There is a cute little place to sit in the back and wifi.

The pick up service is the worst. They tell you 10-15 minutes and when you get there you wait another 30. The whole point of ordering in advance is for it to be ready when you arrive.
