Visited Olive Garden with few friends and tried out their new menu. Few things are worth mentioning here before I start writing about the food and drinks. This Olive Garden definitely knows what good customer service is , from start to end the staff was just uber awesome. They put in so much effort in making everybody comfortable and at ease. Staff was super friendly, fun and engaged with all of us. This goes for all of them right from the floor managers to the servers , staff kept on coming back to check on A big high five for that. The portions were very very and again very generous. Here is the run down of the menu - *Risotto Bites *Polenta Shrimp alla Greca *Calabrian Wings *Roasted Tomato Caprese Salad *Smashed Chicken Meatball Sandwich *Garlic Rosemary Chicken *Bucatini with Spicy Three Meat sauce and Sausage meatballs *Chicken Abruzzi *Grilled Chicken Butternut Squash Alfredo Fettuccine *Pappardelle Pescatore *Pumpkin Cheesecake My favorite few from the menu were the wings, risotto bites, meatball sandwich and alfredo fettuccine. They did a great job at describing each dish. The wings were spicy but not super spicy. Coming to drinks I had the mango/peach smoothie and raspberry non alcoholic drink. My smoothie was super yummy which i repeated twice :) Since there was so much food we got to go boxes so we could enjoy our olive garden lunch next day. Seriously I would specially make a trip down to this Olive Garden location to enjoy that great hospitality of the staff and nice food. Keep up the good work guys!!

Worst Olive Garden I have ever been to! I went into this Olive Garden with a party of 5 because we enjoy Olive Garden restaurants and go to them often. This one though, I would not recommend to anyone, avoid at all costs! First of all, the place is packed with people. The wait itself to get some food is over an hour long, and if you think youre gonna be treated well here, think again. Youre just gonna be another customer cast aside after you order food as there is an 18% gratuity rate automatically added for the waiter. The worst part though is the price of the food. Its twice the price of any other Olive Garden, and the quality is not as good, and they will give you less. The environment is dank and way too loud, it was not a good experience for me and my party. Its probably due to the number of customers they have, but seriously if they have so many customers, they could at least cheapen the price a little bit, not double it. It would have been a good experience had our waiter been better, but hed only come by three times, to get our orders, give us the food, and take the bill with the forced gratuity pay. For five people ordering one Entree per person, no more no less, lets just say the price was enough to get a months worth of groceries without exaggeration. Normally I am very lenient when giving out reviews, but I cant let this one go, my experience here was just so terrible.

i loved the foods, it was really great. But my experience to this place was HORRIBLE. I basically went with my friends, and one of my friends mom to tour around time square. We had 6 people, and waitress who were serving us did not even bother to bring something to write down our orders. So obviously, one of our orders did not come out. She did not even apologize. Up till here, it was fine. Things can happen you know? So next thing that happen was one of waiters broke dish right front of us. Their dishes are so big, and dropping them mad loud sound and it scattered into pieces. One of my friends couldve got hurt from that scattered dishes. No one even came to our table to apologize or apologize to people around that incident. At last, we wanted to take a picture as a group so i asked one of waitresses to take us one pic, she looked at me and just ignored me. She just gave me a dirty look. Is this how you guys treat customers? I mean I understand that its busy and all, but seriously? She couldve said, "im sorry, im really busy right now so can you ask other people?" I know this place is busy, but I hope they can train their waitresses or waiters better. Horrible experience...

I usually have lower expectations for restaurants located in the epicenter of tourism; however, this Olive Garden left me pleasantly surprised. The place was packed with people on this rainy Saturday evening. Surprisingly, it was only a 15 minute wait before we were seated at our table for two on the 3rd floor. There were large windows that gave you views Times Square from every angle. Depending on where you are seated, you may have a different experience. Overall, the place was clean and the table turnover was at a steady pace. It took about 5 minutes after we were seated for our waiter to great us (longest 5 minutes ever). The waiter was great though. The food was also great and the portions were decent. We ordered a Filet Mingnon with Pesto sauce and vegetables that came with side garden salad as well as an Oven Baked Tilapia Parmasian with mashed potatoes and a side Turkey and Potatoe Soup... YUM! For two entrées, one soda and one 6oz glass of wine, our total was about $76 which included their 18% gratuity. Look out for that at the bottom of your bill so you dont tip them double!

Liked the chicken gnocci soup, and the marinara sauce was reasonably good. Service was good too. Unfortunately, the chicken parm tasted primarily of salt. Very thin breasts from what I can only assume were from some lost tribe of pygmy chickens. The minimalist smear of marinara under an only slightly less miserly layer of melted cheese did little to mask the over salting of this dish, and the flavors of neither the sauce nor the cheese were apparent in the slightest. The artichoke fritte were obviously made from canned "mairinated" artichokes, and tasted heavily of the "marinade", and not at all of artichoke. Well cooked, but pointless from a taste perspective. And even though the sauce was good, my meal was served without nearly enough, on either the chicken or the pasta side. Call me crazy, but unless your pasta is freshly made, it is primarily meant as a vehicle for your sauce. It has been many years since I last ate at an Olive Garden, and after this reinforcement of those old experiences, I will not be back again.
