The location is nice but the woman who works at the counter and will potentially serve you if she feels like it is horrible! Shes generally unpleasant all around. Since the location looks nice, i thought it would be a great place to go to valentines day. The first thing she told me was "take out only!" she didnt tell me, she yelled it at me. Like what place does that on valentines day? Im going to assume she was bitter. Other times ive actually eaten there that same lady has served me. She has horrible costumer service skills, more like none. She doesnt smile and treat you nicely, she comes off as if shed wish you were not there. This place would do better if she wherent there. The food was decent, also did i mention that when i still unwillingly ordered food to go on valentines day, I waited for my food for a hour!! a hour!! i might never go again.

The food is absolutely delicious! That said, I used to have a much better opinion of the place when they first opened. There is a new waitress now who does not have an ounce of customer service skills (but she used to be so sweet!), and theyve slowly chipped away at which days theyre actually open and which are "delivery/take-out only." I would say stick to delivery because the chef is still producing top notch goodies. Pad see ew and spring rolls are a staple.

Pros food is decent and they make is spicy. Quality is not consistant though. Cons: normally i dont judge food on delivery or the process, but its delivery only. -You cant call in an order -they will tell you the waits 2 hours, and you will prder accordingly amd the food will show up in 15 minutes. -they will tell you 30 minutes and the food will show up in two hours. -the customer service blows.

Ridgewood Thai is my go to for lazy dinner nights when no one feels like cooking. Their pad see ew with chicken is crackkkk. They do an excellent job with their flavors. Their spring rolls w/chili sauce are addicting and a must have when you order. For those who love curry- my advice yellow over red. Delivery is quick.

This place is take out only. We love the food but wish there was an option for delivery. Be careful with the spice level. Ordering Thai spicy here means seriously mouth watering teary eyed spicy. I am usually OK with extremely spicy food but this had me second guessing my tolerance.

Waited two hours for delivery which never came, called and they said they did not even make it yet. I would NOT recommend this place and its unfortunate I had to give one star but if there was a choice for no stars, this would be it.
