Delicious and authentic Indian food. Its a family owned business and the son is the general manager. So its important to them that they give their customers as close to what they feel is their own food as they possibly can. The Chai is perfect! The Saag paneer, Tikka masala, korma, and butter chicken dishes are all phenomenal! Truly excellent! Perhaps my only complaint would be that every piece of Naan that Ive ever gotten has had charring from their oven, which is so disappointing since Naan is like the Indian fork. All in all, a great place to eat. Just a heads up, they offer a discount to CASH take-out customers. I pop in all the time just for that Chai! Yummy!

Can I just say that Im so glad there is finally a restaurant in Ridgewood that doesnt cook your typical chinese or spanish food. Ive only tried indian food from one other place so Im not too sure how traditional indian food is supposed to taste like, but it definitely satisfies my taste buds! So far, the Chana Masala is my favorite and the Keema Paratha is awesome as well. I really hope this place is making good business. They will definitely make a profit from me at least once a week. Oh, and the service is wonderful. Workers are very polite and patient. I would hate to see this place go. Would I recommend ? HELL YES.

Finally!! A place in Ridgewood close to my house!!! Im so happy. I found this place last night pursuing Yelp and order for lunch today. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Marsala and it was so good. The Garlic naan is great.. and the Samosas!! Yumm Im more amazed at the fact that the kid that delivered it walked here!!! Not far from my house cause I used to do that walk everyday when I work at myrtle. But over all great and I can see then making tons of dough. Keep it up!

This is my favorite place for great Indian food in the area. If you like spicy food then any of their curry dishes are great. If not then u must try their Lamb, chicken or shrimp Korma, its not spicy but delicious, the sauce is wonderful and u must order their Nan bread, I love the plain Nan and the Samosa is yummy to. The soups are great as well. Truly a place not to be missed. Im here at least once a week.

From the delicious dipping sauces for your Nan bread, to the hefty weighted silverware that makes you feel like royalty, this restaurant has a very authentic feel to it. Spicy vegetables have great flavor and considerable spices that are not for the weak. But I also enjoyed the non spicy chicken Tika. Highly recommend.

Love the food here and also the way its served. Staff is sometimes a bit slow n too quiet but theyre always polite. Lots of vegetarian dishes too for all you vegetarians. Most importantly its cheap. Specially the weekday all you can eat lunch buffet.

Affordable and delicious Indian food. I had samosas, which were crisp and maybe a little greasy (in a good way). The lamb shag and korma were meals for which I will return. They discount the bill if you pay cash and have an ATM on site. Great place.

The food was very authentic and the spices were infused throughout. Also the portions were healthy, quite enough to bring home leftovers. The service was warm welcoming. This is a neighborhood gem. I will be back often. Oh and they do deliver.

Good place to have in the neighborhood. Dining in service can be a bit iffy, and double check your order when getting take-out or delivery, but the food itself is really quite good. Bonus points for an exceptional onion kulcha!
