The staff was so nice.... They allowed me to special order a gluten free birthday ice cream cake on a few hours notice (means without the delicious cookie crumble the rest can be made gluten free) for my wife discharged from the hospital today on her birthday.... Of course I had them give us the crumble on the side so the rest of us can sprinkle it on.... It will put a much needed smile on her face.... It doesnt get any sweeter and more accommodating than that!!! They should even advertise that idea in the future if you ask me! Knowing that "all Carvels are not the same", they may have the same selection but the staff matters. Thank you Stephanie.

The staff at the Harrison Carvel are really nice, helpful, and the place is really clean and tidy. My son dropped his half eaten ice cream and gave him a BRAND NEW one no charge! They were super sweet and has a nice indoor seating area which is perfect when its not a comfortable day like rain or too humid to be outside. Theres no comparison to the Mamaroneck Carvel which is very cramped, has less options and the staff is not kind at all.

Great service and REALLY friendly staff. The store was very clean, and all the products were fresh and new. Parking lot around the back and at the train station was convenient and the sitting area is comfortable and cute. Love to bring the family here every week!

I ordered a "thick" milk shake which basically turned out to be water. If I wanted water, I wouldve saved the $5 and gotten a free cup of water somewhere else.
