This is the worst business in mt. Kisco. They often hand your order to someone else unless you are standing there, but who am I kidding they will hand your order to someone else even if you have your hand on it. They are rude, and Im amazed at how complicated they have made the process of ordering a sandwich and giving it to the correct paying customer. If you think calling will make things easier, try again, they have hung up on me, or left me on the the line for 5 plus minutes.

I have tried Big Apple Bagel time and time again, always to go away disappointed. Bagels are ok. Service is extremely slow and disorganized, you have a 50/50 chance of getting what you ordered...even with simple orders. I finally found a bagel alternative in Mount Kisco and I will not be returning ti Big Apple ever again!

Their bagels are always consistently great! I have on occasion gotten an incorrect order when only ordering two bagels, so I would recommend checking before you leave. However, the food definitely earns 5* for me. They are often crowded, and it can take some time to order and receive food, but its worth it.

Youve never met a group of more miserable people. The worst service imaginable from people serving really pricey bagels. The bagels are the best in the neighborhood but if you can deal with the mugs on this extremely unfriendly staff then I recommend it.

Ive been to plenty of bagel shops, and the best one happened to be in my small home town in New Jersey. These guys are the only shop Ive been to that comes so close to matching my favorite shop in Jersey. Give them a try!
