I cant say enough about LEE, Angie and the total service and experience I received from the first call to the actual product. I called yesterday to have cupcakes delivered to my daughters office for her birthday. Lee was amazing!! even though he was short staffed because of blizzard, he helped. he was friendly personable and just plain wonderful. I wanted to have them delivered. he said they dont. told me I would best be served by going on line. I said I did that and no one can guarantee the delivery. he said why dont you call some taxi companies I know its been done that way in past. he even gave me four companies numbers and names. I called each. not one was interested or even courteous. I called back and told him I could get it to happen. OH, I had actually called another bakery LULUs and they were nice, just not accommodating. Lee asked me where it was. I told him. (it was two miles away). he was actually going to look it up. I jumped in and said I would do that ( I didnt feel he should waste his time). although he never made me feel like an inconvenience or like he was doing me a favor. He offered to deliver them. I thought this meant he would have someone. NOPE! he did it personally and didnt even charge me. Mind you, this is for a 100.00 order. OMG. if you ever need anything in baked goods, this is by far the company. FYI, I called about 8 other bakeries. if I had to use an analogy for the comparison here. I would say my experience with LEE was like being at the finest resort and engaging with their finest concierge!! Being in business myself and priding on service and attention- My hat is off to White plains Bakery. OH OH. not only did he do all that, last minute, with a smile and for a very reasonable price. he also offered, his own idea, to write out happy birthday Shellee on the cupcakes. My daughter who is a CPA and 31 today just called me with a huge smile on her face (I could hear it) and said thank you Daddy! Great great Job. PS. angie the front end person ( I presume) came in late due to snow and was also very wonderful, pleasant and took my credit card. called me by my last name (rare today) - Just perfect 5 *****

They have a something with chocolate and a nuts thats like a large danish or babka but moister and just incredible! Look on the top shelf in the middle showcase. Its something I have not really found at other bakeries.

Try the brownies! Im not usually a fan of bakery brownies but theirs are really, really good. I love the black and whites too. Everything is good.
