The manager was really pleasant and very accommodating. The restroom was ACTUALLY wheelchair accessible, except the toilet paper dispenser was mounted a bit too low. When I talked to the manager her said hed send an email to maintenance right away, and was receptive to why it was too low and where a more appropriate place would be. I made sure to compliment the rest of the accessibility, pointing out the properly placed coat hook, lock handle, appropriately mounted soap and paper towel dispensers, and the type and sink and faucet. If youre a wheelchair user, these things REALLY matter. It was nice to know that the manager on duty actually cared enough to listen to my feedback and take care of the situation immediately, saying "hopefully by the time you come back it will be fixed." Usually they dont seem to take it to heart and when I return months later I face the same issues, only to have to lodge the same complaint.

I love going here. It serves amazing soups, and breads, It is a clean, cozy comfortable place and there macaroni and cheese is amazing. If you or your kids like to watch trains, this place is prefect. The M B T A train to and from Boston runs right next to the building and if you are lucky you get to catch a train once and a while. I would SERIOUSLY recommend this restaurant!

It could get crowded, but the manager is nice and attending. I miss that they do not bake Country loaf anymore. I used to live close to a Panera where they still bake that bread, but not here in Westboro. So I have to go somewhere else to get my regular bread.

This DRIVE-THRU Panera Bread is so handy! I love the products here and having a drive thru definitely gives them a huge advantage.
