I go here almost every day to get coffee and bagels. I love the variety of coffee (there is always an exciting flavor of the week) and their food is excellent too! Great sandwiches, salads, and tons of baked goods. Its definitely worth going here, just dont be offended if none is overly nice...thats how they seem to be to everyone!

They have good food, and I always like trying their specials. The food is fresh and does not seem processed. However, I have NEVER had a pleasant experience with their employees (and I have been many times), it is a very "townie" spot so if youre not with the in crowd then you will not get anyone pleasant. Its also very pricey.

Good God, I love this place. The pastries are scrumptious. The staff are friendly. The hot sandwiches are yummy. I am not a fan of the pizza, it kinda just sits out, then they microwave it for you. I once did a large catering order and there was more than enough food for everyone, it was delicious and fresh.

Sudbury Coffee Works is awesome. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Their coffee is really good. You can buy bags of beans too. Support your local businesses! I dont understand all these prior comments about bad service. Pretty unfounded if you ask me, and I go to this place a lot.

The first time I went everything was very pleasant and wouldve been 5 stars. The next day I showed up, they got my order wrong along with my friends orders, gave my drink to someone else for free, and didnt give me the usual student discount. A third day proved to be somewhere in the middle.

I ordered coffee and bagels for a Saturday morning meeting. Everything was ready right on time, packaged up beautifully, ready to serve. Met the owner, hes a lovely man. Love the fact that they roast their own fair trade coffee right on site!

Great goodies, very impressive sandwiches, great friendly service, great coffee; but for a tea drinker like myself, I am impressed, and there were tea bags, not loose leaf. Still superior. Come to this place often. I do.

Owner was rude. There was a variety of roasts, but the coffees were brewed all in the same way. So with no special preps to accentuate the flavors, the coffee ended up being pretty bland.

The food is very good. We had salads and a slice of pizza. The coffee is worth the chaos.... came in the middle of a lunch rush. Upon my next visit, Id like to get a pound of coffee. :-)
