Too crowded... but to be fair I was there during the 7pm rush. I also may be a little biased because after trying Panera Bread several times at several different locations over the past few years, I have finally decided that Im really not that big of a fan of their food. I think its overpriced, medium-low quality, and overall rather tasteless. I would always walk out feeling unsatisfied and disappointed that I didnt get to eat somewhere else that I would have enjoyed significantly more for the same price. I know I am part of the minority who think this, but that is why I am giving you this disclaimer. If you are a fan of Panera, your experience might be just fine.
