I always read reviews but I never give them. But tonight I am compelled to. The woman who took my order tonight for pick up was incredibly rude. I almost want to cancel my order but I was so hungry so I picked up my order anyway. She was so rude and dismissive to me even though I try to have a positive attitude. It was almost as if I was doing her a favor by bringing my business. I am fairly easy to please but I expect some type of respect or at least friendliness when Im spending my money. I didnt say anything but I knew I would never come back again. I work very hard for my money and I at least expect some type of respect if I am spending my money to support your business. They will never get another dollar from me again. I wanted to try something new but I did not appreciate the way I was treated.I would never go back there again.

I prefer this restaurant over all others in Reisterstown. Its very casual. The food is reasonable, hot and yummy. I order cucumber sushi and sesame chicken or beef and snowpeas, sometimes chicken or shrimp chow mein. the dried shredded beef was fantastic. I think their spring rolls are the best Ive had anywhere. Chad always orders smoked salmon and softcrab tempura sushi. I really like that I order and sit down and dont have to tip. They offer complimentary hot tea that you serve yourself. I usually get out of there for $8 or less during lunch and even have leftovers.

I have ordered from the place with co workers at my job, today was the first time I ordered by for everyone and I will never order again. The lady rushed me off the phone, when the delivery man came to deliver he asked for his tip and waited until I brought it to him. I have never in my life have had that situation happen to me and I order from other restaurants were sometimes I tip the sometimes I dont. But they have lost a customer and customers my building will no longer be ordering from them. Also, its American radiology off of reistertertown road, fyi.

Being completely new to Reisterstown, I loved this place! Weve ate in, as well as got a to go order, today I will being getting delivery. Havent tried their sushi but will this evening. Spring Rolls are fantastic, as well as the chicken and broccoli. My fiance loved the General Tsos. Not too much breading, and real chicken compared to what we were used to. Will always be my go-to.

Great hot roll they give you with your meal, but chicken kung pao didnt have any spice at all. I was in the mood for spicy dinner instead i get almost a sweet chili sauce. Maybe i am mistaken , kung pao is not served spicy.

The steamed dumplings were good. The dipping sauce wasnt great. The Crispy Szechuan Chicken was the most disappointing. It was just loaded with ketchup. Couldnt taste anythg else.
