When I ordered a shake I ordered a small one because the displayed cup for a small looked like a pretty decent size, however, when I got it it was smaller than the displayed size. The guy who waited on me was rude. And to top it off the shake was horrible...it was like basically drinking watered down flavored milk because it was not thick at all like a shake usually is. Very gross and bad business. Would not recommend this place to a single person.

Ice cream is great but if youre a single mom who has to lug your baby in with you, you better be damn ready to order when you get to the counter (even if its packed and you cant see the flavors until youre up) or the person behind the counter is going to have a disgusted look on her face and wont talk to you for having to wait the whole 20 seconds it takes to read the flavors by the register. Ill take my small town soft serve ice cream over this

Love Baskin Robbins ice cream but unfortunately twice now when I have purchased the quarts of ice cream they do not weigh the correct amount. I know its not fun hand packing ice cream but I do pay for the service. Next time will have to pay attention to the girl with very long hair getting my order. Somebody should tell her to put her hair up.

Ice cream options are great. Last three times there however the staff, teenaged, have been rude. They refused to get a flavor out of the freezer because it was "buried", and I " needed to understand it is difficult to find ". No Mr. Snotv teenaged what " you need to understand " is my money will spend some place else next time

I needed a larger and more secure all plastic container for my ice cream because Im going clear acrossTown and they were very combative about letting you have it I told him I fly if I had to go they would sell it they finally gave me one so I didnt appreciate that.. thank you have a good day but I love their ice cream

Absolutely terrible. All I wanted was 1 scoop in a plain cone. I asked for 1 scoop in a cone and I got a bowl. Since I had to eat it with a spoon I had to wait to eat it until I was home, and by that time it had all melted and wasnt very good. This visit wasnt worth 50 cents much less the $3 that it costed.

Ordered a birthday cake for my sons birthday that looked like it was decorated by a child. The frosting on the cake tasted awful and left a bad taste in my mouth and the ice cream tasted old. This used to be a favorite of the family but is the second bad cake purchased and no longer a stop for us.

Great ice cream always. 31 flavors ?? I dont know, all I get is the chocolate with peanut butter. Not much seating, the booths barley accommodate a family of midgets. And really no outdoor seating. Maybe bring your own lawn chairs. BYOLC

2nd time Ive been here since moving to the area, the ice cream itself is great, the service leaves something to be desired. Neither of the young ladies who helped me smiled and hardly spoke. They werent rude, just not friendly.

Usually pretty busy at night but different flavors always stocked with prompt friendly service. Best part is they have sorbet and frozen yogurt as opposed to the communists at Dairy Queen who no longer do.
