I took my bicycle there to get a derailer put on. The staff was friendly and repaired my bicycle on the spot! All other bike shops charged double and said it would take up to a week. Also, while I waited to get my bicycle done I was able to taste their AWESOME ice cream, which I burned off with my bicycle. They did great work and didnt fix anything without talking to me.

I stopped in to buy a special pump to blow up tires on a bike we were about to sell. Justin not only helped me on a Tuesday (a day the bike shop is technically closed) but let me borrow his pump free of charge - saved $35. Such friendly service! I will definitely use their services for all my future bike needs - and will be eating their ice-cream too!:)

Have taken our bikes in for numerous types of fixes from tire/tubes and tune ups. They have gone the extra mile to find a few parts that were missing. Very satisfied. Nice to have them close to Waconia. Short drive.
