Ok. So, tonight i went in around 730 and ordered the Rib & Chicken plate. Can someone please tell me how Boston Market wasnt even busy and ranout of chicken!? So, they offered to substitute wit the meatloaf, which tasted like dog food. Then, they inform me they are out of corn bread. So, i sit my food at table, and go to wash my hands, both restrooms are out of order. Omg. My worst experience ever, here.

Horrible! We placed our order online so we could avoid the long lines. We went up to the register to pay for our food and theres a huge sign that says "pay here for online orders to avoid the wait" Well the cashier maded us wait in line to pay and to top it off our oder wasnt even ready. Will not be going back to this location!!

Good food and quick service. If you eat in they carry your food to the table for you which is nice but can be awkward if they try to put it somewhere you dont want to sit..

I do not see the attraction to Boston Market, the food is mediocre at best. The service is much better than the food. Boston Market as a whole is not what it once was.

Try to go toward the beginning of the day, because at the end of the day it seems like the chicken is not as juicy as if you go earlier. Still good food.

The food is good. But check the 2 liter drinks before paying for them. More often than not they are expired, once one was 3 months expired.
