I have been a customer for a long time. I have ordered cakes for my babyshower, my friends weeding, my 2 childrens birthdays including my own; every single one of his cakes have been master pieces. His cakes are always moist with the right amount of sweetness that does not overwhelm your palate. In every party everyone has one question where did I get my cake? It gets hard to ignore all text messages and even though I would love to keep it a secret I always end up giving out his information. Rafael has always been very responsible meeting all dates and time frames. I never had a problem with any of my 10 plus cakes. Last order: June -28-2017 He will meet your expectations!!!!

If I could rate Rafael with a zero I would. He failed to have my wedding cake done on time. My fiance had to wait for one hour for him to decorate my wedding cake, on my wedding day. He also opened his bakery one hour late. He was unprofessional and disrespectful. At no time, did he apologize for his lateness. My wedding cake was also extremely dry. It crumbled when I sliced it at my wedding reception. I have had Dominican cake before and Rafael dropped the ball. My first and last experience with Rafael, one time is enough for me. This happened on 6/17/17.

I ordered a wedding cake over a year ago and to me it didnt look good and the cake wasnt ready on time which cause my wedding to be late. So for my husbands bday I asked if he can make me another cake and cut me a discount. The owner himself ignored my message and at the last minute said he was going out of town and he couldnt make the cake. I didnt believe him. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Will never go back!
